Sloan was a good sales rep! We liked her no nonsense approach. This is what we have, talk about it, I’ll leave you be for a bit. She was also attentive to our need to try furniture on as my husband is very tall.

Stay away. We spent a lot of money on a couch here and the fabric is not good quality. It is getting pulls in many spots and we have had the couch for less than 3 months. We had them come out and the solution was to replace the fabric in areas with snags/pulls. This is unacceptable as the fabric will keep doing the same thing. We want a solution that will last. They are slow walking us. I thought I was buying quality with La-Z-Boy, but they will not stand behind their product. I will be filing a complaint with the Colorado Attorney General. DO NOT buy from here expecting quality. They get your money and then leave you out to dry.

Sloane was absolutely incredible! She helped my wife and I in every way possible and was extremely patient, as it took a fair amount of time to finally find the recliner that best suited us. Sloane was proactive in helping select which fabric we liked, as well as giving suggestions on other chairs we may like. I don't think there's anything she could have done better. Thank you so much!

The Fort Collins La-Z-Boy business was very helpful and not high pressure. They let us wander around at our own pace and checked in a few times to see if we had any questions. Once we made our decision, they helped us with our purchase and made sure we were satified.

I purchased a lamp which was delivered defective twice. They ordered the lamp a third time and I did not want the lamp because I had purchased one from Pottery Barn. I had tried calling them many times to resolve the problem and no one ever picks up the phone or returns my messages. I purchased the lamp using the Lazy Boy credit card and it’s paid for, but they want me to get a refund from the credit card. The lamp is paid for and you guys owe me a refund. I will be making several trips to the actual store until this is resolved.

Friendly and helpful sales associates. It took us some time to decide on fabric and I was never made to feel rushed. I appreciated that I could see online what the fabric would look like on the chair I selected.
