From the moment we walked into the store we were greeted cordially and our sales rep, Sophia, was very helpful in assisting us with our search for the specific reclining chairs we wanted. She was knowledgeable about fabric availability and made sure we were happy with the price, quality and arrival time of our order. If you are planning a trip to the Redlands, Ca La-Z-Boy store, we highly recommend you ask for Sophia. She not only helped with our order, she kept us informed several times as to delivery dates. We have been very pleased with our experience. Today, 12/14/24 is our delivery day and we are very much looking forward to our new chairs.

I have yet to receive the sofa I purchased but wanted to comment my experience in selecting this sofa in the store. Upon entering the store I was immediately greeted. The sales associate was friendly and kind. I told him my budget and we were able to stay within my budget. At no time did he pressure me for a sale. I really appreciated that.

My husband and I had a very positive experience at the Lazy Boy in San Bernardino. We had an excellent salesman, Jerry Henderson, who was very knowledgeable, courteous and patience. Was very impressed with the customer service I recieved. I came in and was very honest about my budget and needs and Marie was so respectful and helpful with those specifications! She was very thorough with helping me find the right material to match our decor and meet pur budget and needs of a family with young kids. Can't wait to see our couch. My extended family has purchased from LA z boy for years so I feel confident we will be happy when our couch arrives.

Victoria was our sales person. She did a great job. She was patient and did not rush me when I came in. On my first visit I think I sat in every chair they had and I didn't buy anything. I returned and went straight for Victoria. I knew which chair I wanted as soon as I seen it. While I was waiting for her to finish up with another customer I changed my mind. Victoria does a GREAT job and she isn't pushy. I would recommend this store and Victoria to everyone.

From the moment we walked in the door Sophie greeted us with a smile. She was super helpful in explaining the furniture and our financing options. She help answer any questions we had.measured the hight of swivel chair. Had our first visit we weren’t quite ready to purchase and she stayed in contact with us letting us know about any specials that were currently going .Very satisfied as always with La-Z-Boy
