Horrible!!!! Finley gliding recliner. Total $2,114.79 had to pay half immediately. Had to wait 6 weeks to receive it. Another couple weeks to have a technician come out. Wrote a complaint about defective handle that is extremely hard to pull. All of them at store were fine and easy. Kellie Executive Escalation Specialist wrote back and wanted to charge us for a new handle. She outright said many customers have had same complaint. She claimed it's not their fault, it's not defective, and she outright said there's nothing they can do about it. New handle would be $22 to $78 + tax + $14 handling fee. Plus labor $160/hr.
Technician that came out had bad attitude from the start and said he couldn't do anything before even hearing us out or looking at technician chair. He dirtied the white leather with black finger stains, doesn't come off now.
Plus the craftsmanship is so cheap!!! You can see buckles on the arm rests, the Siad is all bubbles, and the bottom cushion looks already used with just a few hours of sitting in it.

Marivi was absolutely incredible. Friendly and professional, responsive, accommodating, and determined to make the customer happy. I strongly recommend if you are planning to visit this Lazy Boy Store in Royal Palm Beach, that you ask for her specifically. Additionally, I met the Manager Christina. I was also impressed with Christina. I ended up making the purchase partially due to my interaction with these two wonderful ladies.

I was helped very attentively and offered all pertinent information regarding sales prices and options for the sofa and recliner I purchased. Sales and design personnel were very patient and helpful. Kudos to Nathanael and Rhonda. I’ll be back to shop for more.

The La-Z-Boy in Wellington is the best! I can't say enough about how helpful and friendly the Manager Christina Russ, and Designer Rhonda were. The only furniture my tall husband feels comfortable in is the extra tall La-Z-Boy recliners, and I ended up ordering two. I had to go back several times before making a decision and Christina and Rhonda were patient and never rushed or pushed me into making a decision. Rhonda even came to my house to take measurements, free of charge, and created a layout of what the furniture would like in my home. That made all the difference.

Maravi was excellent. She gave me samples of woods and fabrics so I could take them home and match things. She went out of her way to take photos and email them to me as well. The four pieces I bought are of great quality and the professionalism of the staff was superb.

My wife and I recently purchased a sectional sofa from the LA Z Boy. The service was outstanding, our sales rep Marivi was amazing and walked us through the entire process. Marivi took the time to build a 3D replica of the room the new sofa was going to be in and it made all the difference in the world seeing how it would look in our space. Great Experience!!! Highly recommend buying your next furniture piece here.
