Jimmy is amazing! I've worked with him on multiple renovation projects and is always my first call when anything new pops up. He helped me remodel 50% of my home including, new hallway recessed lighting, dry wall repair, 3 bathrooms, a dog bath, my laundry room, kitchen bar tops, and more. Jimmy is awesome, highly recommend! He’s installed stainless steel and Ipe wood railing throughout my backyard, built a custom fire pit, replaced a shower door, patched and matched misc stucco, electrical repair, and numerous other projects. Jimmy has a great eye for design, function, and is detailed oriented. I only call Jimmy now.

Jimmy and his team did our entire kitchen remodel (down to the studs and moved every appliance) in just 5 weeks and I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. Through the process, I felt valued and heard in my requests and the custom work I had him do was exactly as I asked. He was reliable and on time every day, and answered phone calls and e-mails promptly. We had an awkward corner area we weren’t sure what to do with, and he came up with, and beautifully executed, a coffee bar that I just love. Experienced some black mold in this room. I needed someone to finish the job and put the room back together, so I reached out to Jim Lavin and asked if he dealt with insurance his response was yes. He came out gave me a quote. Insurance paid him and he got to work immediately. Mr. Lavin was professional and got the job done. I want thank Jim and his team. We love the work that was done. Moving into a new place isn’t the easiest, and when you’re looking online it might be tough to try and find the right contractor. I 110% recommend anyone looking for a contractor for any sort of remodel/home work and repair to contact Jimmy at Lavin Home Remodeling! He is absolutely outstanding and professional.
