This is a well stocked and organized store located in the Canton Village Plaza. There were plenty of parking in front of the building. They had grills and outdoor patio furniture on their lawn since it's the spring season. When we walked in, we were immediately asked if we needed help with finding something. We were looking for exterior paint and the employee walked over and showed us the types of paint they had and was very informative. The prices were a little more than the big box stores but it is family owned, local, and has everything we needed for home repairs/upgrades.

They have two locations, Canton and West Hartford. They offer paint recycling. If they don't have the product in stock, they will order it for you since they are affiliated with the Ace Hardware warehouse; the warehouse carries over 80,000 items. They offer many services in-house such as key cutting and propane fills. When you join the Ace Rewards, you can earn rewards with every purchase. Overall, a great asset for the community.

Larsen Ace Hardware is a great location. You can find any household/garden item that you might possibly need. A friendly courteous and helpful staff will direct you towards any department or will help you solve a problem that you may have with any of your household garden projects. I especially love the outdoor grills and grilling section complete with Weber, Little Green Egg, Gozney, Ooni grills and pizza ovens. I've gotten customized paint from the store before and have been pleased with the quality and service provided.

Have been going to Larsen for years as it's close by. For being a local store, they have pretty decent open hours and a very good selection. But what makes them stand out for me is how helpful they are in general, and I have yet to work with one person there who wasn't willing to take time to provide real help when needed.

Good store overall, average ace hardware store. Store was clean and overall good location. Can't say too much 1st time here and probably last time just cause I love far away from this location and just happen to be near by at the time.

Rude know it all staff. It’s like they didn’t want to sell to my wife and I. We came in for something that the website said they had in stock and they insisted they didn’t have it. Tried to tell us that we didn’t even want what we wanted, telling us all about the negatives of the product. So weird. We drove to west Hartford and got exactly what we needed. Stay away from this location and just got to west Hartford where they will treat you kindly

Everyone loves this hardware store. The staff is really helpful with any kind of advice you may need or detailed information about a product that can help you make a decision.

Very large inventory of outdoor seasonal needs from snowblowers, shovels and rakes to barbecue grills, patio seating, fire logs and fire pits. Lawn maintenance products from weed wackers and leaf blowers to grass fertilizers and garden hoses. Wall paint and wood stains; doormats; Cleaning items like mops, brooms, dusters and buckets; power tools; plumbing including toilet seats and sump pumps; tool storage kits; sealants; extension cords; batteries; lanterns; HDMI cables, splitters and remotes; noise reduction earmuffs; dry vacs; measuring tapes; every imaginable tool from screwdrivers to socket adapters to pliers and wrenches; a vast selection of lightbulbs.

You name it and they almost definitely have it! There's even a revolving rack of greeting cards. Open seven days a week 8AM to 7PM.

Nice enough people but NEVER buy anything STIHL from them. They are absolutely not going to honor the warranty and will lie about warranty conditions. No such problems from other local dealers. Have complaints pending through STIHL and the state attorney general but don’t expect any action.
