He has a good eye for things and recommends making changes while never being pushy. He does a thorough job, and never rushed through to get to the next job. Danny Sousa of Landmark did repairs and wrapping of all soffits and fascia, plus a window replacement, and some roof end-panel replacement, on my 2-story house. His scheduling, communication, speed of completion, and overall quality of work were all top notch. The costs were well documented and reasonable. Danny also made helpful suggestions on how to best make the repairs considering both cost and appearance. For me Danny provided good value, excellent workmanship, and I would highly recommend him and his company.

The crew at Landmark Renovations built us a beautiful deck for our pool. Danny is a true professional, was very patient with us while we decided what we wanted, and best of all he's a great builder. We had an above ground pool installed this spring and wanted a big deck attached, since we didn't really have any other outdoor entertaining space. Our pool installer recommended Danny, so we reached out and met with him to talk about the project. At the same time, we got quotes from two other builders. Danny's price and proposal was the best.

We ended up with a deck that was the full width of the pool, plus attached stairs. We wanted low maintenance, so Danny installed Trex decking and vinyl railings and fascia with hidden fasteners. Their attention to detail was excellent, such as making sure the railing posts were evenly spaced, and over-building the frame to be extra sturdy. Danny and his crew were on site early every morning, and worked hard into the early evening. Every day the work site was completely cleaned up before they left. The crew was friendly and very respectful to our yard and family. We hardly knew they were even there working.

In the end everything went great. There were no surprises and all of our expectations were met. We'll call Danny and his team back for future projects for sure.

My wife and I were fortunate enough to hear about Landmark Renovations through friends of ours who had used Dan Sousa’s company on a number of upgrades to their home over the years.

Seeing the quality of work and detail he puts into each project, we also hired Landmark Renovations. We had Dan build an enclosure separating our driveway and patio last year and then had him back to modernize the floor plan between our living room and kitchen.

In early May 2020, we had Dan back a third time to gut the main bathroom in our home and upgrade it to new condition. Dan made several suggestions to achieve the look we were looking for, particularly helping us make a last minute decision on the shower design due to material that was delivered damaged during shipping that we were not aware of. Dan’s suggestion, turned out to be a blessing in disguise as we liked this alternative solution better than the original plan. Our bathroom was entirely renovated from the floor, walls, ceiling and trim; with his creative ideas relocating the position of the plumbing and lighting. It was a top notch job which we were more than 100% satisfied.

There is no need to reinvent the wheel when it comes to finding a competent overall home contractor to meet any of your home improvement needs. Landmark Renovations is a one stop shop!

To describe Dan in a nutshell I would say he is a professional, creative innovative thinker and one of the most honest hard working contractors out there!!!
