This place wanted $700 to re-cover a single low back bucket seat.
No way. I have been here before and the work was decent but I will never return. That isn't slightly high, it's CRAZY high. When the economy slows and you find yourself not having any work... think back to my phone call and ask yourself if you could handle my call better, would you?

Jacob knew in advance that the ceiling had dynamat and thinsulate as it was already on the vehicle when I first visited and we talked about it. Jacob special ordered the fabric given the width of the Excursion. I was paying for a full install as we had already finished redoing the carpet and leather seats. On Monday when I delivered it at 7am, he said he would try to be done by 4 when they closed but he was not sure. At 1pm, he called me and said with the dynamat that he could not finish it. When I showed up, I found the interior was poorly done with failing to cut a vent, poorly wrapping it in the rear and any trim that was hung was done poorly. I found the workmanship to be poor. He lost certain clips and accused of us of not having it as well as certain covers. He charged me the full install. It was obvious that he didn't even try since he did not even do basic things link rehanging the seat belts. I complained, but he charged the full install price. Given that this is a full restoration with all new leather seats and carpet, I will now have to hunt the trim pieces he lost and then find another shop to redo the job.

Jacob was extremely professional, told me they were backed up. But they would take it. I was in no rush. They completed it within a week. Reasonably priced too.

Great service car had a rip in the seat, once the parts arrived it only took a day to install and the seat is better than before. will use again if needed.

Wasted and ruined my rare NOS fabrics with bad uneven stitching, left loose unraveling threads and protruding metal rods, cut the pre-made carpet seam on one side and left a 1" gap on the other, and tossed my original upholstery after I requested that it be saved. He was not the lowest quote, but convinced me that he could make it like factory original. Then he was arrogant and uncooperative when I tried to point out what was not satisfactory, then angry when I showed photos proving how it was when I brought it in.
