Went into store June 2021 spent about 30 minutes speaking to someone regarding window coverings . They said they would call to set up for measurements. Within 3 weeks I called and no one returned call . I finally spoke to owner , said she would call me when her “employee “ could come measure … never heard another word ! Spent 6k with someone else & it was great service. Such a disappointment with Lakeport Furniture.. wanted to shop locally , oh well

I bought a power recliner that didn't work and they graciously picked it up and gave me a full refund among other choices. But I appreciated their courtesy, and I will be back because I believe in supporting local businesses. My next purchase will likely be a sofa.

The staff is kind, helpful, and efficient. You can tell it is a business run by people who care about their customers. Their prices are fair. Their delivery is fast and accommodating. I would definitely shop here again.
