My friend took his boat here for his annual maintenance on his 50hp motor and got totally ripped off. Would someone please explain to me how you can charge $800 for this with 4 hours labor. Up until last year I had a boat and never spent over $400 for the same service. They should be ashamed of themselves for ripping off a senior citizen. Strongly suggest that you look elsewhere for motor repairs/service.

One of the best shops in Central Florida, the staff are what make it great Diana and Mike put in extra work for me and my boy. Although we didn’t have the outcome we wanted (at no fault of Lake Placid Marine) getting the insurance to help with the cost for a new engine. They went over and beyond to help. Plus, they have tons of cool stuff in their shop. Very knowledgeable

What's there to say been going to them since the 1980 years As a kid with my Dad & now iam the Dad with my kids haven't had the pleasure of using there service for boat repairs. But staff is always a great to deal with its our first stop when we get in town for something water toys or checking out new ski boats See you guys soon .

These guys were great! I was unhappy with their competitor in Ft Myers so I came 2 hours out of my way and it was definitely worth the drive. Even though they were very busy during The Covid rush, they were very friendly and responsive. They gave me a good deal on a Seadoo Fish pro and I had it delivered to Cape Coral. It is refreshing to be treated like a customer before and even after the sale! Good job —Lake Placid Marine!

I had to service my boat motor. I tried one dealer and every part needed to be ordered. I got a quote and left. So I went to Lake Placid Marine. They had all the parts and were cheaper. The service was quick and efficient. Plus, they stock so many other items from fishing gear to everything for boating.
