If you're looking for a competent well priced upholsterer, Lady Di's Upholstery has never let us down. Her prices are better than any we could find to Manufacture a new cover for our Power Cruiser. The new cover looks fantastic, and was hundreds of dollars less than anything else we could find. I highly recommend Lady Di's for your repair and upholstery needs.

I gave her a description of the furniture piece that I was calling to inquire about. I told her my wife and I are new at this upholstery thing and would like to know what kind of money is generally is spent on getting the specific piece upholstered. She did not want to discuss prices over the phone. I understand that one would prefer face-to-face business versus over the phone. However, she began to be condescending and speak down to me telling me that she's going to "repeat herself very slowly so that I understand" that she doesn't give quotes over the phone and then when I attempted to bring clarity to what I was actually asking for she then began her response by saying "now you're starting to get on my nerves. " and told her I refuse to be spoken to that way and hung up the phone.
