Jesse and Alan are incredibly knowledgable and reliable and have been helpful in every way making us feel welcome from the moment we walked into their spacious showroom. They had suggestions for styles and fabrics that we had not considered but turned out to be exactly what we were looking for. They provided professional delivery and set-up of the furniture to ensure we were completely happy with our choices.

Service exceeded my expectations and I was pleasantly surprised by the pricing and overall value of my selections. The owner Jesse is also extremely knowledgeable and efficient. I have purchased a table and chairs, barstools, an entertainment stand, and modular shelving from Lacuna Modern. All of the products have been top notch and the delivery was professional and timely.

I have never encountered a more helpful staff at any business of any kind. I asked for furniture upkeep recommendations and they provided me with the direct line (no phone tree) to the furniture manufacturer who gave me instructions specific to my piece. I asked for recommendations for a scratch repair service when the foster dog scratched a wooden piece and they gave a great recommendation. I asked for additional shelf protectors to match those that came with my piece and the staff reached out to the manufacturer to get the exact same shelf protectors.

I will go to Lacuna Modern first any time I need furniture. The quality of the furniture, the helpfulness of the staff, and lack of headaches during the process makes the experience worth every penny.

Incredible in every way! The dynamic duo of Jesse and Alan helped me select furnishings for almost 4 hours. Wow! Their knowledge and desire to find the right pieces was exceptional, not to mention they are fun and very personable.

While one might perceive their pricepoint higher than box furniture stores I'll add, "you get what you pay for". Ordering items online is a gamble, dealing with delivery services is a nightmare. Paying for white glove delivery add to the overall cost of online delivery inside your home. What did you really save?

So, if you want to save a few pennies, haggle with the company over broken or damaged merchandise go for it.

The best furniture store in NWA!!! If you are looking for modern and stylish furniture, this is the place you need to visit. They offer huge selection of "good looking" furnitures that other furniture stores don't. Alan is very knowledgeable and he can answer all your questions.

Top notch furniture store! I went in to buy a desk and Alan and Jesse helped find me something that fit my price range and needs. Service is great, as is the quality. And from the competitor prices I saw on the piece I bought, they offer significantly better prices too. This will definitely be my first stop next time I shop for a piece of furniture.
