When we first tried our hand at raising our own pigs to be processed, we had the very unfortunate experience of taking them to a butcher who not only was evasive, dishonest and did a terrible job, we also were unsure of whether the pork we received was from the pigs we raised.
Then we discovered Kuhns Kuts and are so happy we did. Tristan and his family are kind, helpful and honest. Their facility is clean and professional. They expertly process whatever livestock we bring and assist us in locating high quality beef when we inquire about what may be available.
I look forward to watching this business grow and prosper, they are the best and we won't use anyone else!

Locally owned family business, highly skilled processors with a lot of experience. Communication was first rate and provided outstanding advice on cuts of meat. Did an amazing job packaging as well. Super clean and well ran business. They take the USDA very seriously and work hard to make sure they do everything above board.

I have been taking the pigs i raise and the cows i get to Kuhn's Kut's and not only did they help me find a good price cow to butcher, but every time the cuts are perfect! And they go above and beyond to help you get the meat you want into your freezer.
Best part is I can Trust that the pig/cow i take in is the one I get back and 100%ofit

These guys went out of there way to come down to Taos to pick up my pig, amazing job, and the spicy sausage, amazing! Highly recommend these guys and their pricing is excellent as well.
