This is an amazing place, that no one knows about here in Campbell. They agreed to help me with a project I was doing for a nonprofit and it was quite impressive to watch how skilled and hardworking their team is. I thought the project might take weeks, but they were able to do it all in two days, with very good results. Since then I have started calling all my friends and telling them to come here for their upholstery needs. It is always rewarding to find a business that has such high quality standards, and yet is so productive at the same time.

Excellent service! Brought in on Tuesday and six chairs reupholstered by Friday. Pricing was affordable. Quality of work, exceptional. Padding improved and comfortable and chairs look great.

Had a 15+ year chair cushion that was sinking and providing no support, they explained patiently all the fixing options to fit my budget. Very positive customer experience and chair feels great, would recommend!

Was recommended by a colleague to Krupp’s, as my boss needed to reupholster (8) chairs, and might I add, with a 1-week deadline. I didn’t think this was possible, but I did my due diligence and called Krupp’s. Spoke with the owner, Mario and he was AWESOME to work with. I had the chairs dropped off on a Wednesday, and he had it ready the following Thursday. From start to finish, he was very responsive (better by phone than email, but that was bc he was having internet issues) and worked fast. Although he had a 1-week deadline, Mario called to confirm a few things that he thought we should know as a client, and although we approved to process, it was really professional of him to do so.

I would HIGHLY recommend Krupp’s. I have never used any other upholstering company, but Mario and his team did an awesome job. We are very happy with is work.

Couldn’t really review them beyond this statement. It’s 230pm and they seem closed on a Friday. Shop’s shut.
Never mind, according to google there is another place call Harold’s upholstery that’s less than 10 mins away.
