I could not be more thrilled with my new carpet upstairs and hardwood floors downstairs. My 1890's home has never felt so solid and level too. Juan and his brother were incredible with moving the furniture, prepping the floors correctly and attention to the details. They did go above and beyond expectation. Rob was generous with schedule and costs as well. So happy they were my floor contractors!

We had a wonderful experience working with Rob and his crew after closing on our new house. Rob made sure he was able to schedule us as soon as we had the keys so that we could get our floors done before moving in. He did a great job explaining the options and was very accessible throughout the process. On the first day, the crew showed us different stain options right on our floor and were very patient and flexible as we decided what we liked best. The job was done quickly but with great quality. We love our beautiful floors!

Rob and his crew took up the carpet that my dogs had destroyed and installed luxury vinyl plank in the basement. They were professional from start to finish, affordable and quick! We absolutely love how our floors came out. Rob and his crew were great to work with and he was responsive to my million questions. They install job was quick, efficient and looks so great. After day 1, I noticed a small weird spot that was clearly from the factory (not anything that KPI did) and I was going to say something but noticed that before I even did they fixed it! Like pulled up the plank and fixed on their own without me having to say anything. Anyway, love the color and the floors look so good!
