What can I say... wow! After we (stupidly!) cut our brand new couch when opening the box, we thought its newness was ruined.

Kostas was able to work his magic and add new material to the damaged area and make it brand new again. Honestly, I keep looking at it wondering how it was done. It's seriously perfect.

That aside, Kostas is a really genuine guy, he was always incredibly polite, friendly and helpful and wasn't out to take advantage of us and our situation. He really wanted to make sure we were happy with the result.

The team on the phone in the office were always a delight to deal with.

I can say that this is the sort of service that you'd hope for but rarely find these day. We so happy. Thank you Kostas Upholstery.

As a return customer, I was disappointed by their lack of integrity and professionalism. The amount of BS and ghosting I experienced was unreal. I would absolutely not recommend and caution others. There are many upholsterers that take pride in their work. This is not one of them. In the last year, their work seemed rushed and quality has gone down. Marina‘s communication skills are sorely lacking and her idea of problem solving is to avoid you.

We are interior designer company. This company has the best customer service they can help in any problem if you nice with them. We spoke to Kostas. He is very nice and he help to us always . He are a great person. This company has a familiar environment. The staff are very nice when they install in the houses. We recommend to other designer companies and customers.

My experience with Kostas began with the reupholstering of my sofa and chair. The staff was extremely helpful (thanks Christine) with choosing the fabric. When the work was done I was very happy. I thought my experience was over but while visiting the shop I noticed that they also did custom woodwork. I had been looking for a table to fit a space in my home and Sam was able to build me an amazing bar height table at the dimensions I needed. (The table looks like it was born in that space) During the installation we noticed that two of the bar stools that I purchased for the table were slightly shorter than I had expected due to the height of the table. Sam took the stools back too the shop, added a 3 1/2 inch lift between the seat and legs while still allowing the stool to swivel. He stained the extension perfectly. (Oh yeah, the way the table was stained to match the stools you can’t tell that they didn’t come as a set) Sam’s craftsmanship is pure genius and Christine and the rest of the staff were great. Kostas honestly took good care of me and I couldn’t be happier with their work and pricing. Thanks for everything. Looking forward too working with you again.

Absolutely love their stuff. Kostas is the best. His furniture is amazing not only quality wise but also modern and sleek. They always have the proper stuff to fit my taste and bring my ideas in reality. I’m glad that I’m not only able to reuse my old furniture but also make brand new ones in no time. Their service is amazing and they even delivered and installed in New York. Definitely recommend them!!

Amazing reupholstery in New York, NY! My husband and I recently had Kostas reupholstery refinish all our kitchen cabinets. He took the time to help us select a stain colour that would complement our existing countertops. Kostas was extremely helpful and professional, helping us to select a colour and accommodating the remaining timelines of our kitchen renovation (i.e. flooring installation). He even accommodated our request to add additional pieces to his project. He answered our questions and ensured we were 100% happy with the final product. His professionalism and quality workmanship was impressive. We would be more than confident to recommend his furniture repair to family and friends.

Apart from losing one of our bedroom shades, weI had a good experience doing my Roman Shades for my home 5 years ago when I worked with Kosta directly. I recently needed some additional work done and visited them at their new location. I met with them in March and the estimate they gave me for just a few items was almost the same as my entire house had been for window treatments 5 years ago. As a result, I decided to do less items. I then asked for a quote for fewer items and to redo a couch and chair. That was in the beginning of March and I have yet to receive the quote I was asking for. They set up appointments, don’t show, there seems to be a problem with follow through. it was not at all the experience we had when we used their services before.
