What incredible service! From the day I walked into the showroom, I knew I was right where I needed to be. Kristine was extremely helpful and patient with helping me find quality appliances in my budget. I left feeling confident in the large purchase, and the final price even came in lower than "the other guys". Scheduling delivery was super easy, and on delivery day, Jean was wonderfully kind and efficient.

I couldn't be happier with the fantastic customer service and I'm thrilled to know this is the company I'll be dealing with throughout the life of my appliances. Update: Thank you for the response below. I am the property owner and utilized your company from the property management company (they recommended Kolhage's). I was clearly angry at the encounter and ultimately threw away the wash machine and bought a new one at home depot. Costly, but a quick fix. It wasn't an issue with the technician so thank you for that part. And I do appreciate your response to my review and wanting to assist.

I had an awful experience with the office staff at Kolhage's. The repair person seemed very knowledgeable and I appreciated the quick service, however the office person was incredibly rude. I choose not to use Kolhage's for my repair based on this and will not call them for future needs.

Our brand new Wolf stove was just delivered via a lift. It was a tricky install, but not a problem for this team. Kolhages is the best. They are our go to Appliance Shop. I would give them 100 stars if I could.

Great experience right from the start . Kristine couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. Delivery was the next day, and LeAndre and Kevin were great. Took the old fridge out , installed and hooked up the new one with no problems. They were careful bringing in and taking out the refrigerators. It pays to buy local!
