My experience with KLH Construction was wonderful! As a first time home owner, I had a vision of what I wanted my first home to look like. With the home being an older home, it also needed a few fixes around the house. From the beginning and throughout the entire process, the owner was very helpful and attentive to my needs. They were able to replace my water heater, amongst a few additional tasks. They were also able to complete some much needed cosmetic improvements, such as changing the bathroom flooring in 3 of my bathrooms, installing recessed lighting in the basement, and replacing the carpet in the basement. I’m thoroughly happy with my experience with them and would certainly use them again.

Kadeem remodeled a 30 year old bathroom in my home. The results are amazing! He was clear and honest about his timeline and made me aware of any changes. He was quiet and didn't interrupt me while I worked from home and he maintained a clean and organized work space. Due to life changes it was necessary to move back into the basement of my parents' home. To ensure I felt at home and not as I was visiting the basement was reconstructed. As this was not an easy process but truly a learning process, I am glad that I did with KLH Construction. They were patient and informative, professional and they take pride in their work. They do not cut corners; they make sure that is done to code. As we all look at HGTV, we do not truly have a full understanding until we go thru the process personally, but KLH was there to answer questions and provide clarification especially when the question started with "I saw on HGTV...." All the workers were professional, polite and respectful. KLH has a permanent spot in my contact list. Thank you KLH and I am truly enjoying my space and hearing all the compliments from those that visit and state how awesome everything looks.

KLH Construction was on point!!! They designed my kitchen to perfection and if there were ever any adjustments needed they provided options that were very satisfactory or even better than the original layout. They were always on time and always did a full day worth of work! When they were done for the day they always cleaned up so that the area did not look like a war zone. I think what I like the most was their professionalism. They communicated with us everyday of what was going on but most importantly they paid close attention to detail. Every little detail was addressed in the finished product!!! Highly recommend KLH!!!

Where do I begin? Derek and his team took on the unthinkable, a 100+ yr old barn with an aim to transform it into a jaw dropping, live able space. I’m not sure any of us knew what to expect, but my wife and I had high expectations and are sticklers for detail. Derek and his team arrived early (5 am) and left late (sometimes 10pm) to stay on track and complete our project on time. It’s not often that you meet a Contractor with vision and the skills to execute. Derek added details we would’ve never thought of, and they turned out beautifully.

No project goes without their snafus, and we encountered a few, but Derek sent his whole team over in one day to knock out the entire punch list!
