KJ Brands Saves Thanksgiving!
On the Wednesday afternoon before Thanksgiving, disaster struck—our Frigidaire electric oven element stopped working! After frantically calling at least six different appliance parts companies with no luck, I finally found KJ Brands. They had the exact part I needed at a great price, and thanks to their quick help, our Thanksgiving Day family dinner was saved! I can’t thank them enough for coming through when it mattered most.

In a first in appliance repair, KJ Brands of New Britain walked me through the remediation of my Kenmore stove's F30 beeping code....via texting me!!!! Important to note re this achievement that I am a 70+ year old woman afraid to plug the giant stove plug in by myself. So this is like an Olympic gold level achievement. Thanks you KJ Brands. We bought a stove from here about 5 years ago that stopped working about a year ago. We’d called someone else to fix it and they deemed it as unfixable. Today i called KJ to buy another stove and he offered to check out the current one. Came in under 2 hrs and fixed in like 30mins, wished we called him first! Very professional and quick!!

Great service late on a Saturday afternoon. He had all 3 of the refrigerator shelf bars in stock. Saved a lot of time and money by not having to order them online. And the lady, that I was helping fix the refrigerator for, was extremely happy now that she can put all the condiments in the door.
