DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS! Believe it or not the owner was a friend who we came to with existing plans and a budget she said she could meet. She required we sign a retainer agreement and when she couldn’t come anywhere near our budget, she refused to refund the retainer. Her only solution was to apply the retainer towards an outdoor kitchen design, but when we told her that project wouldn’t be scheduled for 12 months she then changed her mind. We sued her for the retainer and settled. WITH FRIENDS LIKE ANN PORTER WHO NEEDS ENEMIES?
