Full hookups but only 30 amp service (no water in the winter). Overnight area is clean but sandy. Utility pedestals are quite old but work. Half the property is slum and trashy. Definitely not worth the $35 they charged me. When the man came to the door to collect I got the impression they charge more if you have a fancy rig. Apparently I was supposed to fill out the form next to a door on a dilapidated house on the property but that was not obvious. From my impression, those who gave this campground a 5 star rating had either never stayed here or were reviewing the wrong campground.
Update 12-2-2022: Judging from Google street view the place has been cleaned up quite a bit and looks much better. I've now moved to a town only about 25 miles away so won't be needing to stop here, but if I did, would definitely try staying again.

This was a last minute reservation we made due to bad weather, and they could not have been more accommodating. Had a spot for us and said they had barbecue and would make sure they had some for us. The site was basic but clean. The barbecue dinner plates were plentiful with 3 types of meat and sides and absolutely delicious. Totally recommend a stop here.

Not well kept. One of two “RV parks” in town. Neither are serious about being a place you would want to stay. Unfortunately, there’s nothing else within about 100 miles. Colorado Springs is the closest. Reality does not match the pictures very well.
I did not stay in either park, instead headed towards Colorado Springs.

We called her after driving all night at 650am. She answered and told us to come on in. She had a spot for us and waited for us to get there. She came right out to help us park. It has all the hook ups and a dump. Great rate and great hospitality. Thank you for everything.

The owners are older and very nice. But there is ground work needed on the entry. And to many old rundown small trailers parked here. Still we spent one night and it was quiet. $35.00

I got there at one thirty in the morning. There was only one other motorhome. I quietly hooked up everything and went to bed. In the morning i went to oay the fee of 25 dollars. It was nice and quiet even being next to the highway. Fell right to sleep with no problems.

If all you need is a site with FHU and wifi, this is the place. We were disappointed that there were no public restrooms or showers. The price was too pricey for the amenities provided.

Nothing more than a parking slot with water, electricity, black water dump. No benches, tables, bar b cue, bath house or even an outhouse. How could that woman rate this place as a 5 IMPOSSIBLE . 5 star parks have all the above and a rec room, pool and playground. Perhaps even a pet run.
