I try and shop local which is why I have always gone here first for my gaming needs. I was always told at checkout if I had any problems that they would be happy to do store credit. Today I went in for the first time ever to trade in a controller that started to mess up. And was told to call Sony and use them to return it. I get that it has a warranty, but don't tell me that you will do store credit if you're not going to. If I want to use the mail I would have shopped online to begin with. Dan I believe was the managers name was rude to top it off. Won't be back.

I’ve been a gamer for as long as I can remember. For someone for whom the culture has been vitally important and deeply ingrained, I can tell you that Kingdom Games does their very best to instill that gamer culture into their business and keep it alive. The staff at Kingdom Games is always friendly and you couldn’t ask for a better guy to be at the helm of it all than Brandon. They offer very competitive pricing and a great vibe. They’ve always done their best to see me happy when I walk out the door. Highly recommend everyone who is a part of the gaming world take advantage of what this wonderful local business has to offer both in products and environment.

Better than gamestop EVER thought of being. You want retro? Theyve got it. You want Ps4 or Xbox 1 games at great prices? Look no further than this place. Great customer service. Great selection of hardware AND software. TGC as well. Good job, guys ?
