My son is in LOVE with his new Loft bed and furniture. Shipping took a bit but once everything was in I received an email for Zoya that install would take place that week. Just in time for his Birthday!! All the pieces are solid wood and in great condition! His new desk is awesome and he loves the chair I choose for his Hulk themed bedroom. The dresser is SUPER heavy which I love as there is no way for my 7yo to tip it over by accident or even move it as he sometimes liked to do with his old bedroom furniture. The install took all day but the gentlemen were consistent and asked questions throughout to make sure I was fine with placement and the way it was looking. Would purchase again! I did go into the store to buy since I wanted to make sure what ever bed we chose was going to be the exact one my son wanted. They didn’t disappoint!

Zoya and the team at Kids Furniture Warehouse were very kind , courteous , and helpful with my first order . I ordered a twin size Ridgeline Captains bed with six drawers . The order arrived in a timely fashion and the packaging was unbelievable . Assembly instructions were included and quite easy to follow . After I had assembled the bed I realized I would like to order an additional six drawers for the opposite side and again , Zoya was quite helpful making sure I could in fact order the additional drawer package . After the pleasant shopping experience with Kids Furniture Warehouse and the additional help from Zoya I plan to order another Ridgeline Captains bed with 12 drawers , a night stand , dresser , and chest of drawers . I have absolutely no regrets and would definitely order from them in the future .

The second and much larger order arrived the same as the first , in a timely manner and very well packaged . Customer service is great to deal with and quickly follows up on any questions one might have . I cannot recommend Kid’s Furniture Warehouse enough ! Thanks so much .

We are very pleased with our experience with Kid's Furniture Warehouse. There was a small issue with some missed communications during the delivery process, but Zoya worked with us to resolve the problem and get the item we ordered (a new set of bunk beds for our kids) re-shipped to us with a minimum of expense and fuss. The quality of the bed itself is top-notch; it's constructed of good quality materials, arrived in great condition, and was simple to assemble. Most importantly, our kids love it!

Furniture was everything I expected. Shipping was fast. I was expecting to have to put everything together and have a long weekend cut out for us but to my surprise dresser and nightstand and headboard to the bed and the drawers that goes under the bed was already assembled. Was soo happy with everything. Would definitely buy from them again. Five stars. Thank you

I ordered a full size captain bed on January 24th online. It was delivered today 2/24. Very satisfied. After reading some reviews with issues with delivery I got nervous. But I already purchased so I held onto hope. And yep 4 weeks later I got my package. I called twice and both times I was answered promptly by a real person! I definitely recommend ordering online from this store. Also I live in Kansas. So from Florida to Kansas in 4 weeks and my order was completed I think is a great turn around!
