We stumbled across Kent Furniture while out looking at other furniture stores. So we stopped in to check them out. They had a decent sized store with a good amount of offerings. We walked around and were allowed to shop in peace. If we had questions, folks were readily available to assist us.
We dealt with multiple sale people during our visit. Life happens and it interrupted our shopping visit. But the folks at Kent Furniture step right up and cover the other employees when life interferes with things. Better yet, these folks actually seemed to like each other and care about each other. That is why I gave them five stars. Because of the employees, how they care for and help each other, and how they treated us. We truly felt welcome, and not just a customer. No we didn't expect to be invited to dinner. But we felt welcome for more than what we would buy.
We did make a purchase in Kent Furniture. They have free delivery, which we scheduled over a week out. We wanted to come back and look some more. Which we did. And we made another purchase which would be loaded on the truck with our first purchases. And everyone was still great. And they pretty much remembered us. Maybe not everyone right away. But most folks. Just nice people.
Anyway, our furniture was delivered on the day promised. It was delivered nice and early, which allowed us to get other things done with the rest of the day. The delivery guys did admit that it was too early for the following deliveries, so we benefitted from it. The delivery guys were professional and nice people. The delivery went off without a hitch. As such, we are very satisfied.
Now Kent is not perfect. Some of the prices were good, some, I didn't consider all that great. I could say the same about some of the merchandise. But for the most part, we are very satisfied with our purchases from Kent Furniture.
We have purchased from five different furniture stores recently. We have visited many more than that, shopping for furniture. And we're not done yet. Kent Furniture is one of the top stores that I will go back to. They offer a lot of decent quality items (not all) that we would consider. They have mostly decent prices. The deliver and set up for free. And the employees from sales, management and delivery were all nice and professional folks. I guess there's a reason that Kent has so many five star ratings. And I'm now one of them. And I rarely give five stars unless the store or such is outstanding in their price point, for their product. Kent furniture is a rare gem. Obviously, I recommend them.

Friendly staff that don’t stalk. Beautiful furniture and displays with varied price points. Some is a little pricey -but you also have to consider the quality. This is real wood. Cool clearance room in the back with odds and ends. Really large selection of varied shapes, colors, sizes, styles, etc. The store was clean and in good repair.

I came here recently to purchase a bed for my father. Nan was so incredibly helpful and made suggestions on things I didn't think about. Thank you so much for the excellent customer service and care. The delivery was great as well.

Most Furniture Stores are "look at what you can order" places. Kent Furniture actually has Furniture in stock for sale! (Of course they can order furniture, as well.)
Nan, our sales lady, was phenomenal. Found the bedroom furniture, we wanted, on Thursday. It was delivered & set up on Friday.

We bought a lift chair for my husband who is disabled. Had a small problem with footrest not going down. I called the store and was so happy that Kent spoke to me and was very understanding. He had a guy at my house within the hour. Problem was solved by very nice gentleman. Thank you so much. I will recommend to anyone looking for nice furniture and excellent service.

We outfitted most of our new Florida home at Kent’s, and they were excellent. Nan Cranston was our sales lady. She took great care of us with absolutely no pressure but lots of good advice. The prices were certainly not cheap, but they weren’t as high as some other stores in the area. The service from both Nan and the delivery team was outstanding. Best of all, we have lovely furniture for our new home!

We would recommend Kent’s to anyone!

Beautiful furniture. Fair price, free delivery and working with Nan makes our life easier. She is so knowledgeable and kind. She is not a pressure salesperson. Nan wants us to leave the store happy and happy we have been.
