Kelly's has the BEST service in Salem area! Rex found us beautiful black one. John came to install our new cooktop. It was a bear of a job, but John handled it with confidence! He would not take no for an answer and made it fit perfectly! Thank you (John) (Rex) Kelly's for a speedy install.😁

I appreciate the time and patience Aaron spent showing me all the refrigerators even though I stated I was not ready to buy just starting my search for what was available. He also gave me practical ideas on how different spaces were used to optimize the appliance for your personal use. I ended up buying a new refrigerator and I love the new spaces and drawers that make it easy to find items in the freezer and refrigerator spaces.

I recently purchased several Bosch appliances from Kelly's Appliance Center in Salem, including a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, and microwave. My sales associate was very pleasant and helpful during the purchase process.

Once all the appliances had arrived at the warehouse, Kelly's contacted me to schedule delivery. However, when I called back to confirm a delivery date that aligned with my installer's availability, I was told they couldn't accommodate that timing. As a result, my husband went to pick up the appliances himself. Unfortunately, when he arrived, we learned that a salesperson had sold our stove to another customer.

Kelly's did arrange for a replacement stove, which arrived fairly quickly and was delivered to us. However, the new stove turned out to be defective. When I called to request a replacement, I was told there was a 5-day return policy—something I was not made aware of at the time of purchase.

A repair technician has since confirmed that the stove needs a new control panel—on a brand new appliance. As a home cottage baker, this situation has significantly impacted my ability to produce the baked goods I sell, which has hurt my business.

I chose Kelly's because I believed they would offer superior service and support, but unfortunately, my experience has proven otherwise. I would not choose to do business with them again.

We bought a brand new Whirlpool refrigerator which was delivered and installed the week before Easter weekend. It was a lemon out of the box and didn’t cool at all. We called Kelly’s and they said that they could order a new one for delivery in a few weeks but would also try to send a repair man in a week or so if one became available. They recommended I call the Whirlpool warranty number for help. Thank goodness we bought a GE for the garage at the same time or we would be completely refrigerator-less.

Jayce (Chase?) was very helpful when we inquired about the dryer selection and pricing. We found the perfect dryer at a very good price. Devon and Jackson were very friendly, careful and professional during the delivery and installation and they carted the old broken dryer away for free!

When we visited the Salem showroom, we were very impressed with the quality of service, wide selection of options and that Jayce was able to answer our detailed questions with careful attention.

When we went into the showroom, everyone was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. We looked at several dryers but also asked questions about the stoves and refrigerators. We will definitely shop here again the next time we need to replace an appliance!

I had already been to Best Buy, Lowe’s and Home Depot to check out microwave over the range ovens. I wandered around for quite awhile before I could find a salesperson. However I did get a good idea what I wanted. I was under the impression that an independent outlet like Kelly’s would be higher priced.At least they used to be. But leaving Home Depot I saw Kelly’s across the way so I decided to give it a shot. I was greeted immediately by the desk at the front door to point the way and greeted by salesman Chane as I approached. Like I said I already knew what I wanted but Chane was very accommodating. The manufacturer’s deal was also offered by Kelly’s. The price was pretty much the same!! Also, the contractor who installed it was pleasant and meticulous. Unfortunately I can’t remember his name.

Worked with rep on phone to determine if unit would fit my space, ordered requesting Friday. Refrigerator arrived early but since delivery guy needed to remove my door….which he did neatly and efficiently…was able to clean and scrub where old fridge had been. Delivery fast and painless. The whole experience was a breeze and the delivery man was great!
