This was my first time using Kelly-Fradet, and I couldn’t be happier with their service, I called in an order of lumber last minute on a Saturday morning and not even 2 hours later it was delivered, and the delivery driver was extremely friendly and professional. Needed a special board today (12/3/2023) and some stain for my Sons gun case project. I called to see if they had it and spoke with Savannah. She was very polite and helpful and assured me they had what I wanted. When I arrived I was greeted by Savannah again and she helped me wirh my purchase and to pick out a stain. Then she again met me out back and had everything all ready to load into my truck. Professional, courteous, helpful and very pleasant.

Not a big box store and the boards are straight! Strongly recommended. Thx Savannah

Do not go here if you are a homeowner. I went by this morning with some questions about a project and I was excited because my contractor told me that these guys are great and they would be helpful.
I had opposite experience!
They couldn’t give me the time of day. Not very interested in helping me and told me that they would prefer to have my contractor come in.

This Spring we decided to update our deck and railing after our foundation replacement was completed.
We're glad we selected Kelly-Fradet for our materials. We were also fortunate to have worked work with David Rice during the process. He always answered our emails or phone calls promptly, efficiently and with complete professionalism.
In a time where real customer service seems to be a thing of the past, Dave has demonstrated that it is still quite possible today.
