Well, for starters, Keith's Appliances saved Thanksgiving! My refrigerator died 4 days before Turkey day and I called first thing Monday morning and I now have a nice new refrigerator on Tuesday! I called 3 other local shops and no one could get one to me until after the holiday weekend, despite my nicely asking if they could fit me in.

A huge thank you to Monica that took my call and helped me find a great refrigerator over the phone. The delivery team was very professional and informative - showed me all the buttons etc. I will now be a loyal customer! I also happen to be a realtor and I will be recommending Keith's to every client and friend I know! Thank you very much! Tina

I've ordered all my appliances for myself and a rental property for several years from Keith's Appliances. They always have the best prices. Their sales team is very helpful and not at all pushy. Their delivery team and delivery contractors are also excellent. Very reliable and notify you of times as the delivery truck gets closer. The delivery team can answer questions about the appliance and make sure all your questions are answered before they leave. If there is a problem or you have a question about your item the sales team is very responsive. Their customer service is so much better than a big box store.

I couldn't be more pleased with my experience purchasing an electric range from Kieth's Appliances in Norwich.

Robbie the salesman was a pleasure to work with - carefully explaining the options and features and giving us a great deal. The installers, Hunter, Cameron and Chris were pleasant to work with - they were quick and very careful installing the range. They also provided useful tips on the operation and care of the range and of our other kitchen appliances. I’ll be returning to Keith’s for my next appliance purchase.

Friendly staff and very helpful with finding a stove that met my requirements. I enjoy cooking and baking it had to be electric glass top, control buttons on back, self cleaning. Then my husband said get one that fits as many of your wishes that is available. Then wanted double oven and air fry. We didn’t want to wait long for it to be delivered. Had seen some online that stores could get until February or March. Keith’s had one that fits my requirements and only three days to have it. Actually more like two as we were there Saturday afternoon.

My husband and I just purchased a range and refrigerator. First time shopping at Keith's. Everyone there was very friendly and professional. Now we haven't gotten anything delivered yet, so update to follow. I will say one thing, my husband does not like anyone trying to push him into buying anything, he'll walk right out of the store, but he stayed. We would highly recommend Keith's to family and friends. Well, this is our delivery update. They called us when they were on their way. You can track them all the way to your house. Very professional and polite. The two men worked together great and were very careful about damaging anything in the home. I will definitely shop at Keith's for our appliances in the future.

Very good experience. The sales person discussed our requirements, showed us various brands and discussed features of each. Our questions were answered and pros/cons of products discussed. Once we selected a product, delivery and maintenance were explained, questions answered, and the sale completed.
Mower await delivery and installation, which hopefully will be as smooth as the sale.
