I checked several kitchen cabinet shops before going with KB Depot. Their prices were much lower than all the other shops and they had the BIGGEST selection of door fronts. The quality was incredible, even my installer for over 20 years in the business was impressed with the base cabinet material. I was a bit worried, because some of my cabinets were custom sizes, but they were able to do it exactly to my specs! They even did a 3D rendering of my kitchen for free! I'm so glad I went with them, I absolutely love how everything turned out!

BEWARE: You will get what you paid for. Only writing this because it's been almost 2 Months and this place has still not finished our kitchen. Multiple issues from the start of the install. Cabinets are cheap made in China type quality. Called over 30 times to get someone out here to finish what they started and I'm asked the same questions every time like they don't know what I'm talking about. But they will gladly take your cash in Full before they even send someone out. Most of the staff here do not speak English so it's very hard to communicate. The "manager in charge" William does not care about the customer. Does not deliver what he promised, does not look well upon his character. We had our own installer lined up to install the cabinets we were buying from this place, but they said the only way we could get any type of warranty is going thru their installers. These installers do some of the lowest quality work. Seems like they just learned their trade a few months ago. Many of the cabinets ended up chipped, cracked or damaged. The installer couldn't even tighten simple water lines for the faucet, leaving water damage in the sink area. If you try to get anyone on the phone that speaks English they will have you talk to either Amalia (who did provide good customer service and is the only professional one in this company) or the other older lady Jessica that sounds like a dying cat on the phone. She will hang up on you if she gets overwhelmed and can't answer your question. This place was a headache from start to finish. We will see if this kitchen ever gets done. A very professional kitchen and bath Depot. We had an awesome experience at KB Depot. Bosses and employees are very professional.

We had chance to remodel our bath room recently. Willam helped design, choosing materials and manage all the work done very efficient, best quality and with a great price.

Definitely recommend them. If you are looking for remodeling your property this is the place to go.

This store offers very good customer service. They offer high quality bathroom vanities with very reasonable prices. We needed two bathroom vanities because of recent house damage. Sally helped us find vanities with the designs and sizes we needed. They also offered me free delivery and a discount since I’m a new customer. Very happy to find this store and will definitely recommend them to friends and family.

KB Depot offers excellent customer service, reasonable prices and quality products!

Our condo in a multi-story building in downtown LA had a kitchen sink sewer backup in early Dec 2021. All cabinets, the bottom section of the dry wall and the laminate floor in the kitchen had to be removed. After the water damage was remediated, we had to find a contractor quickly to rebuild the kitchen cabinets, dry wall and floor, so that our tenants could move back to the condo ASAP. Having checked out a number of contractors, we became somewhat desperate because they estimated at least 6 weeks to over 3 months to complete the rebuild. The quality of kitchen cabinets and flooring materials presented to us by those contactors were not exactly what we wanted.

My wife and I were so glad we found KB Depot because they offer quality products, competitive pricing, and great customer service. KB Depot has their own showroom, office, and warehouse at one location, and their own crew to do the installation. These are important factors which ensure our project would not be delayed due to lack of inventory, and we can go to their office to get support when there is a problem. It also helped that we negotiated our contract directly with the business owners, William and Mary. They are reasonable and down-to-earth folks that my wife and I can relate to.

Before my project could begin, we needed to obtain from KB Depot a certificate of insurance with specific language required by my HOA. The specific language went above and beyond the liability insurance contractors typically carry. The KB Depot office staff worked with the insurance agent for several days before the certificate of insurance with the required language could be issued. We were grateful to the office staff for her tireless effort to overcome this hurdle.

After we received HOA approval for our project, KB Depot was able to start the project within a few days. Once the project started, the crew supervisor kept us informed of the progress almost daily. The crew worked diligently to finish the project in under two weeks as planned. Overall, we were very satisfied with the results. When we have another kitchen or bathroom remodel project, we will definitely go back to KB Depot again.
