We have had a wonderful experience with KB Countertops in Largo. Starting with Tim in the showroom… He went above and beyond to help Us get the slabs we wanted. THANK YOU TIM! The digital/laser team measured quite a few unique areas and the fabrication team cut them perfect. The install team were very knowledgable and personable. They did an amazing job! Now I am trying to find another project around the house so I can use KB Largo again! I would definitely refer them to my friends and real estate clients.

Great staff, quality materials, fair pricing....made sure that the material, design and installation were flawless. Everyone I interacted with from sales, to layout, to production and finally installation was competent, pleasant and polite. And this project included a book-matched 9 x 7 foot island! Particular shoutouts to Tim the manager and John the installation manager for their oversight and follow through. Would for sure use KB again...and by the way, on a scale of 1 to 10 I'm no kidding at least a 12 when it comes to detail and expectations. Thank you KB!

Updated Review: Dec 2024 - used KB Countertop again in December for my Master Bath because they did such a good job on my Guest Bath countertop earlier in the spring. First issue was that KB had set the schedule to install the countertop on Dec 31, then called the morning of and had to cancel because one of the installers called in sick. It happens. They set the next appt for 2 days later, first thing in the morning. They changed that schedule without informing me to later in the day, so I had to move things around in my schedule. When they showed up, the installers were nice and professional, did a pretty good job on the overall install of the granite but a terrible job on the backsplash caulking job. It looked completely disjointed because of some of the cracks showing through on the backside of the backsplash. I contacted KB and they directed me to the production manager, John. He seemed nice enough at first, came out and looked at the issue, and said this problem should have been caught by quality control. Recommended replacing the backsplash piece, which was worrisome for me because I was concerned they weren’t going to match the piece well with the countertop as well as this piece did, and they may cause more problems than what was already there. That evening, my husband suggested to add a increased straighter caulking line over the disjointed one. I went ahead and tried this, and it worked. First pic attached is their job, second pic I is my fix before I painted. I let John know, and he stated they would credit me back for the cost of materials. I provided him with the receipts, but then was ghosted. No feedback confirmation on getting reimbursed for materials, let alone my efforts, because I had to basically fix the entire backsplash caulking job. I couldn’t believe it! Such disrespect when I fixed something that would have cost them a lot more than a couple of caulk tubes. I didn’t even charge them for all the painters tape I had to use. I also had a question about the granite itself that also never got answered. Because of this I could never recommend them to anyone I know, but unfortunately I have prior to this situation, and that was a good job for them. No good deed goes unpunished, right? At least the installers were decent people.

From Spring of 2024 - Great experience with KB Countertops from beginning to end of the process. Everyone was very professional and courteous. The installers were extremely awesome! They came in and corrected some cutout of the cabinet to allow for the undermount sink and did a fantastic job! Would use this company again for any future granite countertop purchase and installation. Top notch!
