I have read a lot of good things with this company so I decided to order some custom seats to brighten up my interior. Initial communication with Karla was great, till the day of installation came and I was told they would come to my workplace for installation. I specifically communicated this prior to ordering, see attached photo. They came to my house address instead and wasted an hour of me coming out to my work parking lot which takes 15 mins to walk each way. An hour later, the installer arrived and I met him and showed me my order with the wrong wings. It's supposed to be black instead of crimson. I spoke to the warranty department, her name was Veronica and she gave me minimal chances to speak. That rubbed me the wrong way and got me pissed off even more. I asked for 500$ compensation for the mishaps and she laughed and said "most likely not gonna happen but we can try." I called her back and told her that I cannot trust them anymore to make things right after getting 2 details wrong, so give me a full refund. Currently waiting for my refund.

Great experience all around upgrading from the stock clock seats, from Sabrina on the sales team to Jesus the Installer. Sabrina helped me put together a really cool design of black leather and perforated suede inserts with contrasted stitching. Also added heating/ventilation on the drivers side and heat on the passenger.

LOVE the way it came out! Definitely elevated the look of the vehicle and couldn't be happier.

No company has been worthy of 5 stars in my book, except Katzkin. Honestly good at their jobs from sales to production. First contact with Design Specialist made excellent suggestions for colors and materials and promptly sent out samples and answered questions about some non-standard passenger seats, on to seamless pass off to Interior Specialist to finalize bill and lastly the local installer make quick work of the job. I had one question regarding the seat side airbags that was immediately followed up on by their technical support. In the end, no hassles, no delays, everything on time and on schedule with customer communications handled by text, email or direct phone with customer info seemingly passed across platforms for each interaction.

Sergio did an awesome job! The new leather seats are perfect! Sergio worked non-stop putting in the new leather on all seats AND installing both front seat’s heat AND cooling system! Cooling is a PLUS in this weather! I couldn’t be happier with the product. Thank you Sergio for all your hard work, and thank you New Katzkin for your customer service! I look forward to calling you guys again for another project!

I couldn’t be happier. My installer was at my house by 9 am and done by 1 pm. He replaced the old beat up seats in my Chevy Avalanche with brand new custom leather seats. I highly recommend Katzkin!
