Prior to contacting Kao's Pacific, I had contracted a different Hunter Douglas specialist for some other windows but I had to constantly chase them for updates. Li and Kao's Pacific Inc. helped us find the perfect solution for the lighting and window treatments in our home. We have a large living room with a lot of natural light (which we love) but watching television during the day was a challenge in terms of reflection and visibility. Li helped us select a fabulous set of Hunter Douglas Vignette DuoLite roller shades for our living room. These shades give us every option we could possibly want from full open to full sheer to full blackout and everything in between, with control through an app and the other smart devices in our home.

When we found Kao's Pacific Inc, we were able to easily chat with Li through text messages to set an in-store appointment. From the beginning of our interactions with him, Li was responsive and helpful. We met with Li and were able to ask questions and see the many window treatment options in person. Once we decided to go with the DuoLite shades, we were then able to see the very generous offerings of different fabrics to customize our shades to be exactly what we wanted.

After making our initial choices, Li came to our home the same day to measure all of our windows and confirm our fabric choices at home, where we could easily compare to existing paint and fabric colors and textures. Li worked with us each step of the way to answer questions and give guidance that helped us feel confident in our choices.

After ordering, Li again returned to our home on installation day to ensure everything went smoothly. When one of the shades didn't fit properly, he quickly ordered a replacement and made sure it was installed to our satisfaction.

We are delighted with our new window treatments and with the service we received from Li and Kao's Pacific Inc. We would not hesitate to recommend them to our friends and family!

I absolutely loved working with Kaos especially with my rep Cheryl. She was very understanding, patient, and accommodating . I went back and forth on fabric selection and everyone was so patient. Day of installation-experienced tech arrived with my rep, and was extremely professional. In and out within 1.5 hrs. You could tell he has been doing this for sometime. My family did a big overhaul of the windows/blinds in our house a couple of years ago, and the team was extremely helpful and professional throughout the whole process, from the initial steps of getting the appropriate measurements for our windows to the installation and maintenance (when needed).

In particular, we were really happy with how the team was able to help us out with some defects/breakages when they've occurred, from a minor misalignment of the blind to our window, to fixing some broken parts. In fact, since we've had these new blinds, there have been a few times when the string broke - and the service we received from them was excellent. They were extremely helpful in sending the parts back to get restrung immediately, and they made sure that their warranty guarantee went through smoothly and without any issues.

Overall, the team was a pleasure to work with - very professional and courteous - and I would definitely recommend this company.
