We would like to express our gratitude to Mitch and his service provider at Justified Appliance for the exceptional service provided to two elderly seniors. We had purchased a reconditioned washer from Justified and discovered there was a hot water distribution issue. Within 24 hours, Mitch responded to our disappointment and returned our call to inquire about our concern. Mitch retrieved the washer from us, making the necessary corrections, and returned the washer the same day. The washer has worked to our expectations since.

Should anyone be in need of quality appliances who on a limited budget we would highly recommend contacting Mitch.

We paid the service fee for their technician to come out and inspect our refrigerator which was under warranty, however he could not repair the refrigerator so he said he needed to take it to the shop to repair, but FAILED to mention that he left the refrigerator water supply line leaking, which caused severe water damage to my kitchen, pantry and dining room that I had to contact a mitigation company to assist. So, when I sent the bill to justified appliance for reimbursement. They said they were not covering the cost because the issue was the water supply valve which was never leaking before and was always never told to us, so we could monitor it to prevent the water damages. Which is truly unprofessional and horrible customer service to leave something leaking in someone else’s home, knowing it would cause water damage that could lead to mold if not properly mitigated. I’m a single mother who lives from pay check to pay check, and was looking forward to using her income tax for other expenses but instead had to pay a bill that should have never occurred if ONLY their technician would have just spent two minutes to explain the leaking issue.

I recently moved and needed a refrigerator. I discovered that this store was near my new home, so I went to see what options they had. The service was excellent, and they had a wide variety of models. They also offered me a discount. I found exactly the appliance I needed at a great price. The delivery was prompt and without any issues. I’m very satisfied, and I’ll definitely return to this store when I need another appliance.

My first experience with Justified Appliance was back in the early 90's. I had to replace a washing machine but could not afford the price for a New machine. With that in mind, I decided to go with Justified Appliance which was close to where I lived anyway. Once I looked at their machines I didn't see much difference in appearance from a new one. I also considered the 3 year warranty. New machines come with only 1 year warranty. Saved $$ hundreds. Shortly after that, I replaced my dryer. Again went to Justified. In 2011 I moved to the spring branch area . The new home included a washer and dryer. But in Oct. 2022, my dryer went bad. So guess where I went to? That's right , went to Justified. The drive was much further away, but the drive was worth it. The original purchase was for a GE dryer. After a couple of days it started making a loud noise. I called and they immediately delivered a different dryer (Matag) . On February 2025 the Matag stopped working. Still under warranty. So loaded it up and took it to them on a Saturday and met with owner Mitch. He noticed that my original receipt did not indicate the it was exchanged when I originally purchased the GE. If I had bought a machine somewhere else, I don't think the warranty would have been honored. But Mitch did. Not only did he honor the warranty he fixed the dryer while I was there (simple sensor switch replacement). In 15 minutes after arriving, he loaded me back up and off I went. Who else would do that. Will I continue to buy from Justified Appliance or will I recommend them to others? HELL YES !!!! Thank you , Mitch
