I brought my truck in to get a seat reupholstered. He said he had to order a piece of perforated leather and he would get back to me. Four months later no contact. I ordered a seat insert myself, but wrong item. He found the right item reportedly, and collected a $250.00 deposit, ensuring me he would get it in 2 weeks and contact me. No contact after a month, phones are not answered at location despite daily calls (try calling), no voicemail to leave a message. Ghosted and out another $250.00. Kelly Auto Upholstery looks promising.

Tony replaced my Honda Accord headliner and it now looks brand new!! He can be a bit hard to get in contact with, and usually doesn’t answer the phone, but he does fantastic work for a reasonable price.

This was a great experience! I was familiar with this shop by driving by over the years. Finally needed the drivers seat and arm rest repaired/replaced on my 8 year old Caddy and thought I'd stop in. Really enjoyed the owners office with great memorabilia and other car stuff. Made me feel comfortable that this was going to work out, and it did! He called around and purchased the parts I needed cheaper than I found them myself. Gave me a date and time and he was waiting for me that morning! No waiting, no nonsense. Told me "three hours," and he nailed it! And, the best part . . . the new drivers seat and armrest makes the car look new again! I was so happy, I left and got a car wash! LOL.
Oops, I almost forgot . . . while he was working on the car, he found something else that needed to be replaced, just a small thing, but he just went ahead and fixed it for no charge! I'll be back!

Very disappointing experience. The owner made promises he did not keep and after taking my deposit, missed appointments and several calls he still had no time nor interest to address the job we mutually agreed upon. I recommend you take your business elsewhere, I did.

The owner is a hoot. He is very opinionated and I loved it. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He also has worked for Paul Newman and I love that fact. End of the day I have shopped my car 5 different places from Broward to Orange county before deciding to work with this gentleman. I will definitely be returning ☺

I brought my 2010 Honda in for a linear issue Tony replaced and it looks like new. Also replaced driver side sunvisor! Definitely would recommend his company and a real nice friendly guy too!

I transported 2 cars for this dealer in November 21,2016 I delivered those cars without any damage and I got a clean BOL signed from Anthony Braese that works for the dealer, also he told me he will deposit the transport money the following day for my and I gave him my bank account without no problem, sometimes I do that for some customers and dealers I worked in the past. The following morning was Saturday and I did not received the deposit, however when I call on Monday the Owner of this Dealer told me he didn't deposited on Saturday for me because those cars was damaged, he sent me pictures of a bumper unclipped, after a couple hours argue with him thru text about that car he told me the other car had a flat tire. He was very disrespectful and unprofessional with me and I have proof of that. I told him I will going to filed a claim against his dealer with the Better Business Bureau and he told me do whatever you want, he kept $ 600.00 for the transportation of those two cars and now I have to paid the broker fee $ 50.00 from my pocket because the broker doesn't want to be involved. Please do not buy or transport for this dealer, they are a scam.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS AUTO BROKER

I found on Ebay what was presented as a 2014 Chevy Equinox with 33 miles repaired from hail damaged. I thought what a find!!! I looked closely at all the photos, I had a couple other people look at the photos, I called the dear that had the car in Nebraska when it was damaged, I called the auction company, I ran the VIN. Everything looked good. I take to Scott Worsley who told me everything had been repaired on the vehicle. I asked about the roof because there were no photos. He confirmed it was repaired. Yup I trusted him, I thought maybe I should fly from Michigan to Florida and look at it. Everybody said the same thing, the pictures look great and it only has 33 miles on it. Bad call!! The pictures he posted were strategic. You couldn't see the cracked left front headlight assemble, the dents in the front and rear drivers side door trim, the cracks and holes in the trim on each side of the rear hatch window. The vehicle arrived filthy dirty which I understand but even through the dirt you can see the roof looks like someone painted it with a can of rustoleum. He only sent 1 key and the key fob doesn't even work. I paid Scott $14500 cash for what was represented as a repaired vehicle. After a couple of messages Scott called me. He acted surprised that it was damaged yet the transport driver pointed it out to him, he acted like it was no big deal, like I should accept it this way. He tried to pretend he wasn't aware of the condition of a vehicle he bought at auction paid a body shop to repair and sold under an auto broker license. His final words to me before I ended the call was maybe I should trade it in on a new car. The story will continue even if a Judge is the narrator.
