Went to JR Furniture looking for a classy bedroom set but couldn't find anything on the floor, the manager Paul recommended this Michael Amini London Place set. Although very expensive the craftsmanship and quality is amazing. So happy with my new bedroom, thank you Paul for the recommendation I love it!!!!!!!

I came here a few weeks ago in search of a couch. I have to admit that the level of service I received was unexpectedly above my expectations. The sales associate, Greg (can’t recall last name), was a true professional and gentleman. He greeted me as soon as I entered the store. His conversation was genuine and not pushy for a sale. Greg not only answered my questions, but also provided details of the furniture I was specifically interested in. The most impressive thing was when I told him I needed time to see if the furniture I was considering would be a good fit. Greg did not make me feel as if I was missing out on the opportunity of a lifetime. He kindly acknowledged my decision and provided his business card if I wanted to call him. I went home to decide and returned the next day to make a purchase. When I did, Greg checked to see if he could lower the price and he could! I ended up buying two pieces of furniture as a result and could not have been happier. But I was more happy to have a sales associate like Greg. He is one of a kind. I look forward to visiting him in the future when I get the home ready for the holidays!

I walked into this store and was greeted by a wonderful sales associate - Lorraine.
I explained to her that i had recently purchased a bedroom set from another store that left me very disappointed. So I was skeptical to take my chances at another store. After browsing around with Ms. Lorraine, the owner Paul walked over and joined in our conversation. He took the time to listen and told me he can help. By the time I left, I must say he did not disappoint. I had forgotten all about the other set and was soon purchasing another bedroom set here at JR Furniture.
He promised me a speedy delivery of my furniture and he certainly came through on his promise. Paul went above and beyond to help me and his sales associate Lorraine was exceptional. She was very knowledgeable and gave me space to shop on my own while I was on there. I'm VERY happy with my new bedroom set. It fits my space perfectly and it definitely made my place feel and look so much better.

I will definitely be back for my living room set when I'm ready. I highly recommend this store if you're looking for great quality furniture, as well as superb customer service. Ask for Lorraine! Tell her Eugene Brown sent you! ☺️

So all these stores are linked up to the same company and so therefore I have to assume that every store has the same attitude. Usually they go through the same training. I recently bought $5,000 worth of leather couch and leather recliner and I noticed the coloring was coming off before the year was up. The gentleman came out their technician guy I would imagine he's an independent and he was super nice but he was extremely intrusive. He was upset that there was so much dog hair under the couch and he took multiple pictures and then he had me sweep it up and then when I had a pile over the corner of the room he proceeded to take pictures of the pile as well. And the only reason to do something like that it's because he wants your claim kicked out so nobody has to fix anything. He didn't even bother to remove the bolt on the tracking to see if there was dog hair that was really causing the track to move slowly at the motor. I I felt that he had violated our space by taking so many pictures of the dog hair every chance he got. Which was quite a bit. And then when the office send an email, the person said we've been in contact with multiple manufacturers which is only one and said they all have decline your claim and there's nothing we can do for you goodbye. I mean I've been treated better at Ashley's furniture's dealing with them for 15 years with multiple problems and never got such a short answer and then when I did a reply back about what happened they didn't even bother to send another email. It's their office staff and I would assume they're all trained to deal with things the same way. You know what's funny is we still needed to buy two more chairs which I guess we will not be doing now.. No longer do business with them. It's just sad because like I said I wanted to buy two more chairs for the fireplace area and then eventually I was going to do a new dining set
