I am the owner of a small local construction business, and my recent experience with Joyner Lumber has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. I ordered windows on behalf of a local client, and unfortunately, the company ordered the wrong size for 14 windows.

Despite my efforts to resolve the issue by contacting them multiple times, they have been unhelpful and unresponsive. Instead of taking responsibility and rectifying the mistake, they have left me and my client in a difficult position. As a small business owner, I rely on my suppliers to support my work and to help maintain good relationships with my clients. Joyner Lumber has failed to live up to these expectations.

I would not recommend Joyner Lumber to anyone in need of reliable window supplies. It’s crucial for a business to stand behind their orders and provide adequate support when issues arise, and sadly, this company does not meet that standard.

The saying around DIYrs is go to Crowder Bros Ace Hardware first and cut out the big box disappointment. Well the same goes for Joyner for your lumber needs.
I'm in need of one partial sheet of T-111 siding and the only place I could find it was Joyner.
I asked on the phone if I could cut it in the yard, since I didn't have a truck.
No problem they said.
Remember back when gas stations compteted on how many serv ices they could cram into a single fillup? Well that same attitude is plentiful at Joyner. Say hi to Lynn Taylor for me!

Can’t compare pricing to others in the area because I didn’t shop around but I was told Joyner is priced higher than others but the employees are very rude, no one seems to act like they know what’s going on or care to help. When picking up product the signs all around the property point directly inside the gate for customer pickup but when you pull in I was told to leave the inside of the gate. Then told to go back into the gate for pick up, then told again to pull outside the gate for them to load it up. They need to get everyone on the same page on where to drive. I drove around this place five times when just needing to pick up a couple extra sheets of plywood after placing my first framing package order and being a couple short. I spent over 15,000 dollars on this package. This is the last time I will be using Joyner.
Also to add to it, when the framer showed up, I had to purchase another 1500.00 dollars in lumber from Home Depot because their framing package was short from the quote.

I can’t not say enough good things about this company! Joanne helped me Through my tough decisions on what windows to choose. She sat with me for almost 4 hours giving me several options. She went above and beyond by making a copy of my house plans and drawing the different types of windows to make sure that we had a visual of what I was choosing! I was very happy with a door I bought two years ago and referred a friend. He said the lady at the front desk was rude and belittling. How embarrassing to send someone to make a purchase and get such a negative report. Shame on you Joyner lumber.

Great service and friendly people. Made me a custom cut door for my older house and didn't push for anything I didn't need. Sold me exactly what I asked for without any gimmicks. Will be a return customer!
