I recently purchased some new furniture for our guest bedroom. Damian helped me in the Sleep Lab and guided me through several options so that I was able to pick out the perfect mattress. Once we were finished, he turned me over to Liane and she helped me get the perfect bed, night stand and dresser. I was impressed with not only the people I worked with but the store as a whole. The visual displays are immaculate and feel clean and fresh. Sales people are not pestering you but are also easily found to answer questions. Overall it was a great experience and I would highly recommend Damian, Liane and Jordan's to any one looking for new furniture.

Our recent visit to Jordan’s Furniture in Farmington, CT, was a mix of highs and lows. We initially went to explore their selection of children’s bedroom furniture and were disappointed by the limited options. It felt as though this area wasn’t a priority for the store, which left us underwhelmed and ready to move on.

However, our experience turned around when we ventured into the Sleep Lab. One associate, who started out looking like he was about to endure an hour of humoring our children, turned out to be a real gem. Our kids were eager to try out the mattress-matching program, and the associate played along wonderfully. He managed to balance professionalism with a sense of humor, which made the process enjoyable for everyone involved.

After some testing and a lot of bouncing around, we found great-quality mattresses for our two sons. While we decided to hold off on buying one for our daughter, we left feeling confident in the investment we made.

Yes, we chose to spend what some might consider an “adult” amount of money on children’s mattresses, but we firmly believe it’s worth it. Both my husband and I grew up on cheap, uncomfortable mattresses—not due to financial limitations, but because our parents didn’t prioritize the importance of quality sleep for kids. Sleep is critical for their growing bodies, and it’s something we’re happy to invest in.

In the end, while the shopping trip didn’t start on a strong note, the experience was redeemed by the thoughtful associate and the quality of the products we purchased. If only their children’s furniture section matched the Sleep Lab’s level of care, it could have been a truly standout visit.

It was perfect. We walked into the store, found the area we wanted to be in and wandered through your vast collection. No one descended on us, we had all the time we needed together, doubt we looked at 1/3 of your collection, saw too many things we liked but finally narrowed it down, and Carol Anne appeared, quickly ascertained what we wanted was in stock, and then having listened to the discussion suggested a smaller couch/love seat and a chair rather than the full couch. Helped us find a perfect match, and we were out of there. Seamless. Painless.

I was very impressed with Jordan's furniture. I was expecting to see high prices but was pleasantly surprised to find that the furniture is priced exactly as priced at other furniture stores. My salesperson went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. I found a table and chairs that I had purchased at another furniture store but had not yet been delivered. The delivery had been pushed out at least 6 weeks into the future without a guaranteed date. I asked the salesperson at Jordan's if he could get the furniture sooner. He was unable to get the table sooner but we had delivery of the chairs 4 days after I went to Jordan's. The other furniture store was unwilling to split up our order. Jordan's did not charge us any more for making 2 deliveries. The delivery charge is split between the deliveries. As we were sitting on folding chairs at home we were happy to take delivery of the chairs and wait for the table. We canceled our order at the other store. Thank you Jordan's furniture!

The saleswoman at Jordan’s furniture was welcoming, helpful, and went above and beyond to get me what I needed. I visited the store at West Farms looking for a couple of rugs that I saw in the New Haven store. The store at West Farms did not have the rugs on display that I was interested in and I did not have the product numbers just pictures on my phone. The saleswoman was able to take pictures and send it to another salesperson at the New Haven store to get the product numbers. Now that is going far above and beyond the call of duty.

My experience with Liane was absolutely fantastic! She was incredibly informative, genuinely helpful, and never pushy. Liane guided us in selecting the perfect furniture for our family and home, ensuring it fit both our needs and space beautifully. I can’t say enough positive things about her and the exceptional experience we had working with her!

The brand new Jordan's furniture store is humongous. It is easy to get lost. The sales people are very helpful but not aggressive in that you have to approach them. Overall a great shopping experience.
