Johnstone Supply

Shellie McCall

Quick service, tested my old part, had exactly what I needed, very friendly. Would recommended. This will be the FIRST place I go from now on for my electrical parts needs.

I wandered in looking for a piece for my office thermostat. (FYI - it's not a regular store, they seem to be a supplier for contractors.) Immediately, a guy (James) came over to help and helped me figure out and find what I needed and I was in and out in minutes. Seriously great service, price was fair, would def recommend.

Conversation is as follows: Them: “johnstone can I help you?” Me: “yeah, hey I am looking to see if you have any lineset cover?” Them: “uh yeah I think we got some of that white stuff. “ Me: ok (gives off list of materials needed) Them: uh yeah I mean we got a little bit of everything, I’ll need some time to check and see what we got.” Click... Was I going to call you back or what? I dunno... I swear it’s like this in every state with these guys. It’s like they don’t want my money. Like it’s got the plague or leprosy.
