The workers were extremely generous with staying open a few extra minutes for the day to help us as we were passing through town on our motorcycles. One in our group had broken down and they offered to stay open and help us get the hardware we needed to make it home! Exact parts we needed and fantastic generous employees!

It is always a pleasure to enter Johnson County Farmers store. Some of the people are old friends who waited on me in years past. Whether they know me or not, they greet me like old friends. I'm just old-fashioned enough to enjoy that kind of treatment. I'll be back... Over, and over, and over again. See you there.? Sorry, forgot to take pictures. You'll know when you get there. Went back today, December 6. Needed metric thread bolts to replace the recoil starter on a 4-wheeler. The associate asked me if I needed assistance, then tested the bolts he found for me to be sure they were the right thread size. They always treat me like I'm an old friend. That makes me feel special!

I have no problem with the hardware part. They need to teach counter people how to order Husqvarna parts. I waited 20 min on hold for someone to help but got tired of waiting. They are always closed. I am looking for a new saw repair shop.

Kent has what you need ,to old to new ,his father before him past away was the same way ,they got it or they find it for you ,great place for all your hardware problems, you get treated like family not like stranger , best place to get all your plumbing ,to everything else to do with your project , and they even help you if they see mistake and help you fix it before you leave so you don't have to make second trip, great people
