Working with James and his team was the right choice! We are delighted with the results. Two sofas needed to be reupholstered. James matched the stitching exactly on the new pieces to the originals from Pottery Barn. I think the quality of the work by Luker Upholstery is even better than the Pottery Barn originals! Careful, detail-oriented, and a pleasure to do business with. Highly recommend for all upholstery projects.

James was great. Redistributed our cushions as the covers had moved. He also patched an inner jacket and made a new tack cover to go over it. Great work. Honest and helpful!

We had 2 chairs reupholstered w/ chartreuse velvet. John completely rebuilt the chairs from the ground up by fixing all the wood in the fames, adding new foam, and upholstering w/ the exact fabric we picked.

It wasn't a quick process but 100% worth it!

He provided good service in a timely manner. He picked up and delivered (for a fee). Workmanship is good. Seemed a bit on the expensive side, but costs are high these days, so I imagine the pricing is fair. I would recommend him.

James helped me with some couch cushions recently and I couldn't be happier. They were from a new couch, but they came with low quality foam and quickly degraded and "squished" into a sloppy mess. He replaced the interior foam at a great price and now the couch looks better than the day I brought it home.

A few years ago, John and his grandson refinished an old European armchair
I brought it.

The two men were professional, and did a PERFECT job. I'm ready to
drop off two little armchairs to be recovered, because I've not heard of any firm doing such a great job, with precision, good taste, respect for my requirements.

In addition, the work was done on time, so I will return to them this month,( October)
for change of color and texture for these two armchairs, knowing I found people
I can trust and recommend warmly.

Excellent upholstery work alongside great customer service at a fair price. The quote was less than another upholsterer I looked into whose work did not look as good! The reupholstery work done on my chair and couch is top notch, with straight seams and great detail. I will definitely return if and when I need more upholstery work done.
