Joey Lanza Painting is an awesome company to work with. They stuccoed and painted our home to where our home looks new. Our home is 4600 square feet, so it was a huge task that Joey’s crew treated and completed like it was their own. Joey’s crew did an outstanding job with the stucco and painting the exterior of our whole home.

Special thanks go to Luis who is one of the crews foreman. He preformed the majority of the work. He showed up everyday on time and was very professional, knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. Luis is certainly a very hard worker with a positive attitude. He pays attention to detail and gets the job done. On the first couple of days he preformed his task by covering and taping all windows, doors, outdoor furniture, shrubs, trees, plants and everything else that needed to be covered and taped to prevent damaged from the power wash. On the third day Luis and the painting crew showed up on time and began the painting. This was a difficult task as well because of the different color scheme of the home. At the end of each day they cleaned the items that they used and stored them nicely out of the way so they would not become an eye sore. My husband and I are very pleased with the quality of work that Joey Lanza Painting has done. If you are searching to have your home stucco and painted we highly recommend them. When we’re ready to paint the interior of our home and have the garage floor re-epoxy Joey is the one we will call. Thanks Joey & Luis we appreciate all your hard work, work ethic and professionalism.

Joey painted my house earlier this month. He is a stand up guy who is true to his word. I am very detail oriented and expect quality workmanship, Joey and his team blew me away. My patio cover looks brand new! He went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. My husband and I will be referring him to everyone. Highly recommend.

Joey Lanza painted my home in Menifee. He painted the entire interior, kitchen cabinets, including the garage. The place was in bad shape, but he brought it back to life. The place looks better now than it did when I bought it 20 years ago. Joey and his crew got the job done in two days! They paid attention to detail and were impeccably organized. He is an exceptional painting contractor.
