Very quick, friendly, and quality service! They took extra trouble to replace our refrigerator ASAP, and came the very next morning even though it was a weekend! 10/10 go with these guys!

J & M has been helping me out for years now! I cannot stress how great they are at setting up an appointment and repairing my appliances. They work with my schedule and we find appointments that work for both sides. Anytime I have friends who have appliance issues, I point them in the direction of J & M because I know I can count on them. I highly recommend that anyone go to J & M whenever you come down with appliance issues because they will get to the bottom of it.

Today was the worse day and Mr.Jose made the day better. His prices are reasonable. Most importantly he’s an honest man. Price was right and very fast. He came within minutes. Him and his wonderful assistant. So many business people are dishonest. Especially these days. I get prices are higher. But surprisingly his wasn’t. It was something I could afford. Thank you friend. At a Job site I’m working at doing some construction, I came to work one morning and my extension cords were gone. I asked some residents if they knew where my cords were? I was told J & M was there assessing the job and one of the repairman was overheard saying “oh, who’s cords are these, I think I’ll borrow them!”. I’ve tried contacting J & M and left messages about my missing cords but the cords have not been returned and they have not returned to fix what they were there to fix! I cant imagine “taking/steeling” from anywhere and to do that where you were hired to repair something is unethical!
