Any store that carries batteries, needs to have a drop off bag for used batteries..I came in today and I dropped off batteries before, and they said they just throw them in the trash and would not take my battery. What kind of business does this? they don't care about doing the right thing, meaning they don't care about the environment.. NO ONE SHOULD EVER DROP BATTERIES IN THE TRASH...DO YOU WANT TO SHOP AT A PLACE LIKE THIS? I don't

Very helpful staff! Led me right to where the product should have been on the shelf. They didn't have any, but said it would be fulfilled on Thursday. I was then able to have two keys made right away on a weekday morning. Neighborhood hardware stores are the best.

This is truly what a local hardware store should be. They have a reasonable selection for a store this size (don't come for seed or soil, cause they don't have it due to space). Regular household fixes including paint are there, though, and they're knowledgeable and looking for ways to help. If you need advice on a project or issue with your home, this is a great place.

Just got laughed off the phone for asking to remix a gallon of paint. Other stores offer this service but I figured I would call. The person on the phone not only mocked me but called over another person to the phone and they both laughed. I guarantee they would not have spoken to a man in that way and I have had it up to here with men in the hardware/building industry being misogynistic. I try to support small businesses but I’ll be going to Home Depot now, their indifference is far better than being mocked. A simple “no, we don’t offer that” would have sufficed. Off to remix my own paint!

This is not my normal Ace hardware store. But my son was at the oral surgeon close by, so I stopped in. Had inventory that my Ace hardware was out of, or did not stock. Service was usually Ace great. Nice open layout of store.
