I’m very happy with my new dishwasher but even happier with the excellent and professional installation. Christian took the seemingly easy job seriously, checked for leaks several times and made sure the dishwasher ran properly. He also took the time to show me features I might have missed without his help. I will always use Jetson for my appliance, mattress and TV needs. Thank you for a great company!!!

Purchased an Electrolux W/D at Jetson in Stuart, Fl. last year. Ed recommended this set of appliances and couldn’t be happier. Besides being visually appealing, their performance is outstanding.

Also meant to mention that we just purchased a Bosch dishwasher from Ed. We needed immediate installation that he kindly arranged.

I have shopped at Jetson several times over the years, and recently ordered three major appliances with Nick Olah, and he went above and beyond with us. One of the appliances had a problem, and Nick stepped in and proposed how to handle, and resolved our issue. It's this type of customer care that brings us back to Jetson. Sure, price is attactive, but this type of follow on customer service is what sets them above the competition.

Purchased a Thermador wine cooler and Uline ice maker from Jetsons TV & Appliance of Stuart back in late 2023. They have good customer service when it comes to selling you their appliances, but their good customer service ends there. Had many headaches with delivery of my final wine cooler door panels (three failed deliveries). Their shipping and delivery department fails to effectively communicate with their in store sales team at either locations (Ft. Pierce & Stuart). I had to serve as the middle man to make sure my panel was not damaged and correct the third time after having to pick up my panel from their fort pierce location the second time. I am just getting around to writing this review since I recently came across an issue with my Uline ice maker and upon contacting the store for guidance about warranty, was given misinformation. This caused us unnecessary out of pocket expenses that Uline warranty could have covered. This recent experience made me relive my initial awful experience and wanted to give others a warning ‼️ before purchasing from this company. They might be one of the few companies that sell good quality appliances but I would urge customers to shop around before settling with with them just because they are in your area. I ended up purchasing all my other kitchen appliances from another company due to our awful initial experience.
Do better Jetsons, do better.
