Te tratan con mucha atención. Te dan una excelente explicación de las áreas de electrodomésticos con precios bajos . Si en alguna tienda hay ese mismo artículo con un precio inferior ellos te lo bajan contar de que le compres a ellos. Pero realmente no me motive por comprar ahí

The delivery team went above and beyond to reverse the doors on the fridge and freezer.
The original fridge did not work and had to be removed. The following day they delivered the replacement unit but the doors needed to be reversed. Everyone from sales to service were terrific to correct the situation in a timely manner.

Will never shop here again... bought a range in February delivered in March, same day mother board broke, Manager Colton told me he would call me to resolve problem, never called, now range is being picked and I'm being charged a delivery fee on top of all the aggravation, will never shop here again...oh it sounds right...correct you did offer to fix the range and did offer a new one, but you also failed to call in a timely manner, and had a employee call me, and correct we will shop somewhere else. Customer service is number 1 priority!! Have a Nice Day!

I have purchased all of my television sets and appliances from Jetson for nearly 50 years. They never disappoint. Replaced my 15 year old GE microwave with a brand new GE microwave yesterday. Purchased both the old and new at Jetson. Delivered and installed the next day. Old one carted away. They are the best and support many charitable organizations in our community. Please support this important asset to our local economy.

I recently purchased a refrigerator from Jetson and the service was phenomenal. Kimberly Johnson assisted us and was a wealth of knowledge plus delivery and haul off is included. They also do all their own servicing. I have to also say the delivery gentleman were so friendly and had it working in no time. This is the second appliance we have purchased and are so happy.

I was looking to purchase a television and found their ad saying they had the one I was looking for and at a great price it was displaying. The web site said to call for best price. I did that and was told that all three models I had inquired about that was represented on their website, they actually didn't carry and would have to be special ordered. They also said it would take six to eight weeks usually for it to come in. I'm sorry, but if you don't carry items, don't feature them on your ads. And if I can order anything from overseas and receive it within a week, why does it take a business 6 to 8 weeks to get something? I was excited that I was going to purchase the tv that I wanted, plus this is supposed to be a Veteran owned business which I am as well and was honored to help support fellow Vets by purchasing from them. Now, I'm back to hunting for a television from another retailer and I'm sure the prices will be ridiculous and will probably be purchased from some retail giant. Oh, The guy on the phone when I called was polite but seemed disinterested.

My place to go for all my appliances ! I’ve been purchasing for about 20 years with them and it has never disappointed! I have a rental property as well - so I purchase appliances often. Excellent service always! I have used their warranty services as well which definitely pays itself off- specially how appliances are made now a days.. I highly recommend Jetsons to my friends and family!
