I live in Venice, Florida and I was blessed to be able to find out about Jessup appliance. They deliver they set up their very kind, efficient on-time, and ready all the time I’ve received my second appliance from Jessup switches a refrigerator freezer. I love it. My first appliance was a washing machine. I love it also and I’d like to thank a special thanks for the people who delivered Levi and Latasha and of course the lady who helped me pick my refrigerator out. Her name is Kim. I had trouble finding out the measurements and she was able to help me with that. I had a wonderful experience and I would advise it. Everyone shop at Jessup on Venice Avenue. They are the best of all the rest. Thank you so much, Jessup.

I also would like to give 5 stars to the delivery crew from Island Massive Moving. It was late in the day and we were their last delivery. It was 95 degrees that day and Lacelia and Levi along with their assistant were very courteous, upbeat and efficient delivering and installing each item. They made sure everything was in place and working properly. We would definitely recommend their services and use them again.

We have purchased three times from Jessup’s. In each sales transaction, we were pleased with the knowledge of the sales reps and the communication regarding delivery. We are now in a situation where we needed some warranty work. (We purchased an extended warranty). There have been some miscommunications at the warranty company, but not at the fault of Jessups. Cherie has been fantastic to work with and has strived to get things fixed as fast as possible. I would not hesitate to purchase from them again

Terrible customer service, I purchased the extended warranty for my microwave, called Jessups on 8/25 given a number who then gave me another # the same company who makes the thing came out, ordered 3 parts including a door, two parts came but NOT the door, they can not get it, Jessups says I have to tell them to document that it is unfixable AFTER 4 months with no microwave and two parts still sealed in boxes and a service ticket showing the door was canceled because the company can not get it, now that company says
I have to wait another week for that documation.
***UPDATE 3 Months later and 5 calls I never received any documentation from Frigidaire , with zero hope I called Jessups again and there is nothing they can/WILL do without the documentation. I gave up and replaced it myself. Lowes will get my business now.

I had a great experience with Jessup’s. My refrigerator stopped working recently at the most inconvenient time when I had family coming into town. Scott Myers was my salesperson and he was very knowledgeable. He took his time to answer all my questions and find me the LG refrigerator of my dreams and he stayed within my budget. Delivery and installation were fast and easy. I really appreciate Scott following up with me after my purchase to make sure everything went well. I would highly recommend!
