I was here from out of town visiting my father, and spoke to Sharon about reupholstering kitchen chairs. Sharon assured me they would have the chairs finished before I had to head back to New Jersey. The fabric was delayed coming in, but Sharon and Bob worked like lightening to get the job done in one day for us. They came out fantastic. I couldn’t be happier with them and would not hesitate to recommend this shop to anyone who needs upholstery done. Excellent local business and great people.

Nice work - but the DRAMA. Owner was very friendly to us as we turned over the project. After a week or so she called us and said we need to come right then to make a decision on something. We dropped everything as she said we were going to hold her up, so we ran right over. The next day we thought we would go back and see how it looked after they made the change. The women went postal. "YOU PEOPLE ARE AMAZING, YOU CAN'T COME IN HERE WITHOUT CALLING. YOU ARE THE WORST CUSTOMERS I HAVE EVER HAD. YOU ARE RUINING
MY CONCENTRATION - GET OUT" So it is okay for her to demand that we come right over, but not to go check on anything. As my kitchen contractor said - 'that is usually a reaction when someone is covering something up.' We will see. The work from her brother is awesome, but just beware. Amazing that she would react like that to someone like my wife that calls on every interior designer in South Florida. Beware.

After dropping off our benches to get redone back in November, the owner said they were busy and it would take a few weeks. My husband called a few times to check if they were done and the lady said not yet. So we went through the holidays with no benches at our dining room table. My husband calls back today, January 10th and the lady says, we can't do them, just come pick them up and hangs up the phone.
This place has TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! TERRIBLE!!!! No apology, nothing!!! I would NEVER recommend anyone bringing your stuff to get done here!

I called to make an appt. and the answering device simply told me their business hours. I visited the site and read the sign stating "no walkins, phone for an appointment...". I called and the device gave the business hours. I left a message that I was outside the door, could we talk business?
During normal hours the door was locked and no one came.

I don’t know how anyone can give Jerry’s Upholstry anything less than a top score. I went there after they were recommended by a good friend who had some chairs reupholstered in leather. Her chairs, as well as my 4 chairs are flawless!!!
Sharon was so accommodating, professional and truly a pleasure to work with. I am looking forward to having a love seat and a high-back antique chair done next. I have no doubt they will be equally gorgeous!
