This place should just close down. I've stopped a few times and each time the automatic wash is out of order as well as most of the self service bays. Saw a sign that said they had new equipment so stopped but absolutely nothing was new.

Do not use a card automatic $12.00 charge good life lesson always carry cash and quarters. Especially on vacation. This place is ripping local people off as well as tourists. Do better 👍 on top of all this the spayer didn't work insane 😑

I would give 0 stars. This is such a rip off. Tried 3 different bays and none worked after putting money in. One was just a dribble.
They should be closed down by better business bureau. No one there to talk to

The car wash itself has decent self serve equipment and a good selection of options. I particularly liked the dryer that was available. However, the prices/charges are not clearly posted. Machine doesn’t take quarters so I had to swipe my card. Says 2.50 to start/up to 12.00. I sprayed my car down with pre wash/bug off and was able to get half of my car with the foam brush before it shut off. I continued with the brush after the machine was off as it had put out enough soap for me to finish the vehicle. Assuming that was the 2.50 worth, I swiped my card again to rinse. My car was still filthy after rinsing so I had to be more thorough with the high pressure rinse. There was like 5 min remaining on the screen after rinsing, and I saw that my charge was up to 10.50(never noticed on the first transaction). So, to make sure I got my moneys worth, I went to use the clear coat protection. Sprayed the back of my car and the time ran out? So, my 5 min turned to 30 seconds. Upon checking my account, I have two 12.00 charges on my card. So, I paid 24.00 for a mediocre car wash that I had to do myself? My car still doesn’t look great. It basically got a rinsing. No wax, no color protectant, nothing special at all. Didn’t even get vacuumed. And, never got to use the dryer! I went there for the convenience and it was, but 24.00 for a self car wash is a bit ridiculous in my opinion. It’s been a while, but I used to be able to wash my entire car with a handful of quarters. Is the self service supposed to be more expensive than the automatic one? Maybe I am misinformed. If I am wrong, please disregard. Just want people to be aware before they swipe their card to just be prepared for it to be a 12.00 charge regardless of the time they use it.

Car wash took my $12, didn't work....started, sprayed a little water, brushes started, then stopped after about 3 minutes, car wet but dirty. No one around to gripe at, so...they can keep my $12, their severance pay. Won't be seeing me again.

I normally go to Paradise Wash on US1/PSL Blvd for my Yukon, but decided to give this place a try today. It said $2.50 cash, but wouldn’t take quarters, so I started with $3 in bills. When I needed more time after 6 minutes, I used the credit card (cc) option for a few more minutes. Total cc charge for less than 6 minutes on cc was $12, so total cost for car wash was $15. I’ll stick with Paradise wash and never return to this place. 🙁

Paid $10 for an $8 wash - no change given, then I pulled in, stopped when it told me to stop, and the wash started. It sprayed soap in one area (not moving) and the spinning brushes started spinning - in one spot. Brushes did not move up and down the car. The top spinning brush didn't even come down. Basically a broken car wash that ripped me off from the start by not giving change.
