Randy, owner, came to address the issue of our oven fan and temperature control. When he couldn’t find the model number he blamed me. He was my house for 7 minutes and left me with a bill for $154! After reflecting on this I called to complain and discuss my experience. Randy YELLED at me and interrupted me several times while I attempted to explain my frustration. The end result…they reluctantly agreed to take $45 off the bill BUT we are stuck with a $109 and received NOTHING!! My advice: do NOT use this company!!

Fast and friendly, superior repair job at a reasonable price. I had a three year old upper end microwave/convection oven and the debate was whether to repair or replace. Getting an appointment was easy, tech (Eric) came out at exactly as promised, worked quickly. He was courteous, explained everything thoroughly, and was a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend Jensen.

I've had Jensen come out to repair my stove and fridge and each time was a fantastic experience. Corey came out quickly, got right to work and had each tested, part replaced and the unit fixed within about 20 minutes each time. I highly recommend Jensen based on their timely scheduling, arrival, knowledge, and service. A+ all around.

Jensen appliance is always there when I need them.
I recently bought a fill valve for my dishwasher on Amazon, thinking I would save a trip. It was an aftermarket look a like. As it turns out, my dishwasher has a timed fill and the aftermarket valve did not flow enough to allow the dishwasher to function properly.

The aftermarket part looked very similar to OEM, but did not perform the same.

I fought this problem for a month before eliminating every other possible cause. I replaced the after market fill valve with the OEM part and the dishwasher is now working great.

Jensen Appliance came out and got my washer repaired. Apparently there was a power surge that damaged the computer controller. They replaced it in about 20 minutes and now it runs perfectly!! Technicians are brothers with many years of experience, with their family owned and operated business. Their Mom, Nickie runs the operation. She is great too! I have used Jensen for years.. the best!
