Purchased a used F150 for our 17 year old son from Dennis King in April 2024. Great experience with him as a salesman. Very personable. Very low key and no pressure type salesman. Currently browsing to see what he can do on a trade in for my Expedition for another Expedition or F150. When I walked in, he remembered me and my family by name from months ago. He is continually nice and very helpful. If a deal comes together again for us to purchase another vehicle - it will on be from Dennis.

My truck has 29000 miles on it and your dealership always does my oil changes. I have never had an oil leak until now. I drove straight home from the dealership yesterday after my oil change. I come out this morning and there is oil on my concrete driveway under my truck. I crawled underneath and there is oil dripping down. I am very unhappy and the dealership needs to make this right. I expect the leak to be investigated. If it is not leaking but is from oil getting in my crossmemeber support then it was poor workmanship and lack of attention to detail. Either way I expect a complete underbody wash to get rid of any residual oil on the crossmemeber and undercarriage. I am very unhappy with this service!
