We used Jami for a few projects in our 1970's built condo in Aspen that we desperately needed to do to bring our unit up to current standards. We were very happy with the work and really appreciated that Jami was responsive at every step along the way. Most importantly, she did what she said she would do and got all of the sub-contractors lined up and the work completed. With the tight labor and sub-contractor market in the Roaring Fork Valley, I'm glad we had Jami to organize things start to finish.

I watched her run her crew of sub-contractors like a well-oiled machine. I could tell her crew had a tremendous amount of respect for her. She kept the project within my budget and got it done earlier than expected. Jami has a clear vision and a fantastic eye for detail. Regarding Jami Baldwin,

I have been a resident and in Aspen since the early 70’s. The one thing that remains constant is
it is close to impossible to find a reliable contractor, decorator, and on and on. Especially one
that isn’t going to overcharge and under perform.

I hired Jami to take over designing and completely remodeling my penthouse at the base of
Ajax Mountain in Aspen after firing my architect. Jami has exceptional taste, an upbeat,
outgoing personality, and a sophisticated eye as an interior designer. She is also a licensed
general contractor who communicates effectively with a no-nonsense sensibility.

Jami Baldwin,exceeded my expectations when designing and remodeling my home in Aspen. I HIGHLY
