We recently purchased a Country French dining table and Dianne bench from James & James -- both in the Tuscany finish -- and couldn't be more happy. The sales staff was super-helpful in talking through options, we were able to take advantage of a 15% sale, and white-glove delivery was included. We just received our Olivia table and we are thrilled with it. Our new piece of furniture is extremely well made, incredibly sturdy, and elegant. One can see that a lot of time and energy was put into making our table as perfect as can be. But what made it even more special was the personal service from James + James. Peyton answered all of our queries quickly and made sure to communicate with us about the details of the delivery which was effortless. At the start of our purchase, the service received was very hands on. Even the carriers made sure to clear and prepare the area where the table would be set and made sure that we inspected the table for any flaws or issues before they left.
My family couldn’t be happier with our new heirloom piece. The quality, care, service, and design from James + James makes this an absolutely wonderful experience.
We definitely will recommend as well as purchase again from James + James.

We have ordered a headboard and frame from James and James and we’re so happy with it, we subsequently ordered a dining room table. The quality of workmanship is stellar, The woodworkers are real craftsman and the customer service is excellent and obviously built into company policy. We have been dealing with Lizzie Bean at James and James who has been super helpful, and very responsive to our questions and status requests. We highly recommend James and James for all your quality heirloom wood furniture needs.

We purchased the Josephine Table base with a square top and the tobacco finish. The dining table is absolutely gorgeous. The finish is beautiful. We feel like we are eating at a high end restaurant at every meal. The workmanship is second to none. We thank the carpenter(s) who built and or finished the dining table for their effort is creating such a beautiful product.

I wanted an heirloom quality table with chairs and counter chairs in Tuscany stain with Bailey turned legs and could not be more pleased with this ensemble. Now, all of my family can come and enjoy great meals and conversation. This table is quite large, solid and very heavy. It is all beautifully crafted and gorgeous! I wish there was a 10 star option to rate them! James + James customer service is courteous, prompt and very personable. Peyton kept me updated throughout the process. Highly recommend!

We received our table recently and could not be happier with the quality and workmanship of this piece. The natural knots are so unique and beautiful. I love how earthy it makes our space feel. The color is exact to the sample piece we ordered. The delivery crew was equally amazing and did a great job keeping our table safe from any damage! I always worry about shipped furniture, but this company has a top notch packing & delivery system. It is definitely worth the wait. We received ours just at 4 mos from order date. The ONLY issue I have is lack of communication during the building process. I didn’t expect much but it would be nice to get a random update on what stage the table is in during the building process of it, however anytime we called to talk with someone they were very nice and also helpful. I’ll be back in the future to hopefully order more beautiful pieces. Our stain is Charred Ember and looks perfect with our farmhouse decor.
